Anxiety or addictions, to relationships, family situations, depression, sexuality or past trauma. These are just some of the challenges we can be faced with. Whatever your situation, counselling can offer you your own space and time, to explore these things, in a safe, confidential environment.

There will be times in life when you seem to cope with these things just fine, and other times when you feel that you are only just holding everything together. Even with supportive family and friends, life can sometimes seem like a daily challenge. Perhaps this is due to recent events, or it may be things long past. Or perhaps you are so busy supporting everyone else that there is no outlet for your own feelings and emotions. Together we can work though your own personal situation.
I truly believe that everyone is a unique individual and therefore will experience every situation differently, based on their own life experiences.

I am an experienced counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

My experience is extensive, covering a wide range of situations, including issues such as: Family relationships, bereavement, addiction, childhood trauma, neglect, abuse, separation, work situations, confidence problems, depression, unemployment, in addition to a wide range of challenges that can arise throughout our day-to-day lives.
