Sthenos Description
A full and proper service, we are a health, fitness and sports performance brand that is resetting the standard of service within the health and fitness community.
By covering all aspects of your training right the way through to your recovery, we make sure that results are a given.
We started off as just 'Personal Trainers'. Having sat in the industry wanting more but not knowing what to do, the idea of creating 'STHENOS' came about when our founder Matthew J Quirk, first expanded onto doing sport injury rehab and prevention alongside his personal training business by opening a sports massage clinic. This then got pushed to nutritional meal preparation when clients continued to say 'I don't have time'. This eliminated the lagging results by taking the responsibility of their nutrition and away with the excuses.
Thus, STHENOS was born.
Derived from the ancient Greek Word for 'strength', STHENOS will empower and provide help to its members across all areas of their health and fitness journey.
A chain is as strong as its weakest link. Ignoring any one factor can negatively affect any progress. Having all bases covered reassures results.
