Also known as our Adult and Child programme, the Mini Mantas sessions are the first steps of your Stingray Journey. In this time your Chief Stingray will focus on gaining water confidence, developing water safety skills that will become invaluable later in life. Lessons include teaching breath control, drowning prevention skills, and building confidence to achieving independence, develop buoyancy, movement, coordination, strength and stamina and motor skills in a fun interactive environment.

Looking for group intensive or one to ones...we will have an action packed programme over the summer holidays! Get your name on the waiting list before the sessions are even revealed! Email kj@3-1-5.co.uk with your little ones name and stage or preference of one to one lessons. These sessions can be done on top of your current Stingray lessons if needing a boost in confidence or skills and one to one are great if your child is needing extra attention on a certain skill/stroke or are great to let friends and family know incase they are looking for lessons over summer!
