The worksho will introduce you to the key technique of storylining - a major building block in the drama scriptwriting process and a must for any professional scriptwriter.
In a lively workshop environment, you will learn the basic principles of script structure - how scene juxtaposition heightens drama - what to keep and what to lose - plus vital information on story arc, narrative drive and character design.
Using transmitted source material, we'll take a step back - from drama to storyline - and witness the scene by scene breakdown in action.
Day 2, you will put your knowledge into action at Story Conference where you will work collaboratively with fellow delegates to develop the storyline for a unique new drama.
