For yesterday wedding the bride chose a Macaron tower. Vanilla, lavender and raspberry were the fillings.

I loooved doing this cake for such a nice customer. We started with a design I did last year, but by the end she gave me freedom to do something new. The upside down drip is very much in fashion as well as the chocolate sails. She was very happy with it as it was for an engagement party as well as the taste of this red velvet cake inside ‚̧ԳŹ‚̧ԳŹ‚̧ԳŹ‚̧ԳŹ

Hi guys. Because I had extra ingredients left from my orders, I couldn't resist to do this in between orders to try a new design. I have mentioned before that I am pre diabetic now, so it's best for me to get rid of temptations and certainly we can't get this go to waste! Part of my promotion to get as many people to know my cakes, I can't think of a better way of word of mouth (literally haha) recommendations.
Just to reward y...ou of your precious time for helping me getting my business out there, all I can do is to tantalise your taste buds once in a while ūüėČ. Your support is vital to small artisan businesses like mine and plus its too expensive to throw such expensive ingredients! Only thing with this one you will have to love dark chocolate and stronger flavours for these not too sweet combo. Here I have done half in black velvet and the other half mirror glaze and spider effect, so you have all three techniques in one cake.

Little Green velvet beauty. This is a dark chocolate mousse with blackberry confit and chocolate jaconde sponge. Decorated with blackberries, raspberry and strawberry, white chocolate hearts, chocolate decorations, blackberry confit swirl and dew drops. Hopefully this will impress my client 's guesses after their dinner.

These was part of the samples I have sent to hotels and football clubs today together with the cake popsicles. For Halloween I am offering the skulls in mirror glaze, chocolate velvet (inside is mousse) and cake skull (with chocolate cake or vanilla - gluten free also available - and jam) just covered in chocolate for £2.50 each.

Tried yesterday for the first time the Belgian chocolate glaze and to film it with one hand ūüĖźÔłŹ. I think it should be a little less thick, but other than that it was a good first attempt. I am trying to learn how to edit it too to make it more appealing to social media. However, for any of you that wonder how these cakes are glazed, you will have a small idea now. Good Sunday everyone. Today is cleaning day, homework and getting Sofia ready for another busy tiring week, hopefully squeezing to do a 'posh' red velvet cake, roast dinner and bath. Yes I do love a bit of roast dinner. In my house it's a mix between Italian, Indian, Thai and English food, we all are very foodie people.
At the moment I love doing cakes with just natural decorations and definitely fruits are my favourite as well as flowers. Look how pretty and simple these cupcakes are. At least you get a bit of your five a day and make the cake less bad for you ūü§Ē? I have a cake coming up in October, which I can't wait to show and hopefully it will help towards a very good cause. Such a pleasure to make this football cake for a joint celebration of three boys. Delicious gluten free fudge chocolate fudge cake with Belgian chocolate buttercream and strawberry jam. The customers loved the design, which I still managed to do with a fructured finger!‚ėĚÔłŹ

Loving my new professional tins, so easy to use with no need to grease or parchment paper. This cake is a chocolate gluten free recipe for a football cake for three boys for tomorrow. It smells delicious ūüėč.
With these tins I will be able to do mirror glaze and velvet effect with traditional sponge recipes as well as mousse based ones for the customers who love that design, but want a traditional cake. My next one like this will be a red velvet one.... My faveūüėćūüėčūüėč

ūü§Ēūü§∑‚Äć‚ôÄÔłŹ Well, what can I say. Yesterday while deep cleaning my house, I have managed to fructure my index finger on my right hand. Maybe I was scrubbing too vigorously ūüėÖ So now on top of having had a mole removed today, I can't do much. Tomorrow order of 40 yellow submarine cookies will be done at my client site with some help from them. Who seriously manages to do that while cleaning?? It can only be meūüėā. Admin day and food safety refreshment course then is on the agenda. Have a great week people x

Morning everyone. Just looking on Instagram I see how amazing the mirror glaze cakes can be. The Russians are definitely the masters on this technique and I am blown away by their style.

Took my friend today for afternoon tea here and as everybody has said in their reviews it was wow excellent. Too many things to mention we were absolutely full and took the rest home in a lovely little gold box.



The cakes and pastries was first class , top quality no skimping on cheap chocolate it was the real thing. looking forward to visiting again soon , Many thanks to the very attentive owner and staff we had a wonderful afternoon and you deserve to be full every day.

This has quickly become my favourite place, the owners go out of their way to remember people and learn the names of regulars which is very refreshing. The coffee is quality and the patisserie, cakes, chocolates and macarons are the best, my 85 year old dad said the egg custard was just like his mother used to make (praise indeed) I love the Italian charm that Fran brings and the witty Liverpool charm that is Rob such a friendly place. It's lovely to chat to other customers and hear the delight and umms and ahhs as they taste the amazingly served cakes etc. It's a definite ‚≠źÔłŹ‚≠źÔłŹ‚≠źÔłŹ‚≠źÔłŹ‚≠źÔłŹ and you won't be disappointed. The cake looked amazing and it was absolutely delicious, the flavors (lemon and raspberry) blended beautifully to give it a luxurious feel and all our guests were very impressed and enjoyed it very much. The macaroons were so light and fluffy and I can honestly say they are the best I have ever tasted. I can‚Äôt wait to order another delicious cake from you again ÔŅĹ

Stopped in for a taste after friends recommended this pace. Lovely place, very friendly staff and DELICIOUS treats. We sampled the macaroons and a sharing board and couldn't fault anything. The chocolates were amazing with really well balanced flavour and not too sweet. Oh and the coffee was good too!

There is so many cakes and chocolates it's hard to pick . Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and we will be back soon .

Amazing! We booked high tea to treat my nan who we hadn't seen in a while and wow was it worth it. We absolutely filled ourselves on delicious freshly baked goods - my favourites included the salmon puffs, passion fruit macarons and even the basic scones were mouth-watering. Would be a repeat customer if I still lived there, thank-you for the wonderful memories!!
