First visit today 9th may, myself and my husband ordered two waffles one m n ms chocolate and also strawberry n banana must say they were the best I've ever had couldn't believe how big they were both enjoyed them really tasty and well worth the money ,staff were lovely we only waited a few minutes brought to the table to us . I would recomend this place would be back again soon loved it thank you ..

Came in for our first visit today the hazelnut latte is the best one ive had and the coffee sundae was absolutely gorgeous would reccomend this place to all of my friends

Although there was a little mix up with what we ordered they sorted this really quickly and couldn't apologise enough...and it was worth the wait as when it came back it was delicious �

2nd visit, this time with my OH and little boy. Yet again we really enjoyed our visit, and will be back. Organised staff, very clean and yum yum in my tum �

Tried the snickers flavour ice cream in a waffle cone at £2 which isn't too bad as you get alot and very tasty 👍

Thought we'd give it a try today, seems a little disorganised with lots of staff walking round trying to find people who have ordered. Big queues with people stood about reading menus.

We ordered 2 lattes and 2 different waffles, everything was brought to the table individually (4 visits to the table) ordered a banoffee waffle with cream and they came to tell us there wasn't any cream......in an ice cream parlour � a little overpriced, however food was nice as was the coffee.

Will try again soon, however if the service is the same I think it will be our last visit.

Had a mix up with my just eat order but they were nice enough to re make my order and get it to me straight away. The driver was absolutely lovely and I really enjoyed my waffle �

It's okay. I don't know whether I'm fussy but I like a little more colour on my pancake. It had no colour on it and I have tasted better. The waffles and milkshakes did look great though.

I expected better service. There were things stated on the menu that they didn't have or didn't even do, so why include them on the menu. Would go again but not too often.

Went today with my friends,no menus on tables,had a crepe the plate was full off caramel sauce couldn't taste Ferraro rocher it was like chewing cardboard.My friend had a waffle bits off mixture missing,spoke to staff they excuse the machine can't take it he didn't have a clue.Wont be going back in a hurry.Stick to gelato royale

Went today for our 1st visit! Well our order came at least 5 minutes apart from each other so me and my daughter was eating at separate times. Ordered a Crepe and it came out incorrectly, didn’t make a fresh one just did a few amendments so this then made my Crepe cold. My daughter ordered a Ice Cream Sundaes and again not once but 3 times it came out incorrectly! Completely understand it’s a new establishment and also it a busy day with the weather being nice, but utter incompetence from them with no apologies! Over half a hour for 2 incorrect desserts! Delightful!!!!!

Was disappointed with the service received by the staff, went with friends this morning and food was just slammed down on the table, when we asked the waiter which waffle it was the man couldn’t speak English and had to ask his friends to tell us.

my waffle had holes missing too, only positive was the large cappuccino, won’t be returning sorry

Good selection of ice creams, but disappointing overall. Staff were borderline rude and acted as if they didn’t want to be there. Crepe was thick and cold and couldn’t even be cut with a knife and the cheesecake milkshake had very little taste. Overall, cost way too much for the quality.

Visited Saturday 16th June and cannot explain how disappointed we were. (my husband and myself). first point - I ordered a banana split and was promised a full banana with nuts and sauce. When it came it was basically a bowl of icecream with half a banana sliced up in it and a little sauce, no nuts. it was practically thrown at us with no customer care at all. when we walked in we was not sure how to order, if it was waitress service etc so just sat down. The waitresses passed us several times and just walked passed giving a bit of side eye - I did get up and go to the counter but it may be an idea just to put a note on the tables or on the menu how to order. I did suggest this at the counter but was given a look of utter disdain. Our order did a 3 circuit of the shop before it actually got to our table and no pleasantries such as enjoy and no checking back if everything was ok. To be honest my husbands Knickerbocker Glory was wonderful one of the best I've seen but cannot recommend this café/restaurant. You would be better at Gold's in Whelley, where customer service seems to be of paramount rather than a disposable concept.

Very disappointed went in a few days ago ordered a smoothie and ice cream cone, my smoothie was watered down and tasted disgusting and I paid for 3 scoops of ice cream on my cone and only got 2 and they used a spatula to scoop the ice cream� would not recommend and to top it all off the staff was rude! Won't be going back there again.

Today me and my friends went and I ordered a kinder beuno waffle and got a Nutella cookies waffle. When I asked why I got this the woman didn’t understand what I said so she got the man behind the till to come and speak to me and said it was my girlfriends fault when she pointed to the one I wanted and said it clearly. He spoke to me in a rude manner and his body language was unwelcoming and brought me my receipt that did say that I ordered a Nutella cookies but that isn’t the point he should have repeated the order and should have understood what my girlfriend said. My friends milkshake was tasteless and didn’t taste like Oreo. Overall was a bad experience

The milkshake stated it had brownie peices in which we’re no where to be seen. The milkshake tasted cheap and bland, definitely not worth the £5 it cost. Also, I ordered a crepe which was rock hard and the strawberries had clearly been left out for too long. Overall I was so disappointed, even by the service. We only ordered two things and they came out 5 minutes apart which is just basics that you would expect from any food place. The only thing that was good was the appletiser but you can’t really get that wrong as it’s in a bottle from the fridge 😀
