Sunset View is a characterful three bedroom terraced house dating back to 1890 set on a brow with perfect sea and sunset views over the Solway Firth.
Sunset View Holiday Rental Maryport Cumbria Description
Sunset View is a late Victorian 3 bed terrace house situated in Maryport, just outside the Lake District National Park and within walking distance of the coast. The house is in an elevated position with fabulous sunset and sea views (you can see the Isle of Man and Solway Firth). We offer short breaks and competitive prices. We sleep 6 adults (in two king size beds and twin single beds) and one baby /toddler in a travel cot (although there is room for more travel cots if required). We can provide a highchair, travel cot and stairgate and also plastic crockery and cutlery if you have babies and /or toddlers. We also allow up to two dogs. We have wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer available for our visitors. Comment: So glad we found this little gem in Maryport. We had the most amazing holiday in the Lakes at such an affordable price. The accommodation was spacious for 6 of us and we had everything we needed. In the evening we sat in the front garden and just soaked up the view. The accommodation was within a 1 minute walk of a takeaway cafe which was brilliant for the first night when we were tired after a long drive. Also close to Lidls and some great pubs and fish and chip shops. Maryport was the perfect location for exploring the Lakes - only half an hour to Keswick, an hour to Scotland and an hour to both Lake Windemere and the Ravenglass steam train. Easy parking outside the house and excellent communication with the owner. We didn't want to come home!! We will be back.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is spacious, clean and is very well equipped. Six of us stopped in the house and we all had plenty of room. The house is also in an ideal location for exploring the surrounding areas and of course those views! We found the owners to be extremely helpful and accommodating and we will definitely be visiting again. Thank you! x

The house in General has been very well kitted out, nice and comfortable, lots of room and handy for the town. Interesting town with lots of history and so close to Scotland breathtaking views. Well worth a visit. I know I will be back. Thank you.

Very impressed. Even booked for an extra week. Owner was very helpful. Rooms were very tidy. Would recommend to anyone, great place.
Just got back from our first visit to Sunset View and it didn’t disappoint. The house is very well equipped, clean, spacious and a perfect base for exploring the Lakes and the Cumbrian coast. We were very lucky with the weather and the views of the sun setting behind the Scottish hills were beautiful.
