Ive had a fair few questions lately from new mums - This is alittle bit of free advice for those new mummies who are getting back into training & are still breastfeeding...
Firstly, I leave it at least 6 weeks before coaching a new mum. Longer if it's been a Csection or complicated labour.
Start with some core building exercises prior to training - your body has experienced unbelievable trauma.
... If your coach is cutting your carbs completely & stating your carbs should come solely from your veggies, you should ask that coach to go back and get some more education! I would say take out unhealthy, processed refined carbs. But cut them completely - no way!! Your baby still needs adequate milk supply... Ask your coach about it, if they want the best for you then they'll do the best for you.
And ladies, remember the beautiful baby you produced in 9 months and the weight you gained throughout didn't happen overnight, and neither will losing that weight ... Embrace the process. Enjoy the new you! ŌØż’ĖÅ
