Hi everyone, as you are probably aware we have had a few complaints about taxis not arriving over the last few days (I have included a picture but removed the name of another company in another town that has had complaints). We always do our best to get you a taxi on time whether that’s one that is pre booked or spur of the moment booking . Believe it or not our switch staff are as frustrated trying to cover your job as you are waiting for the taxi. The recent road works aro...und Manchester and Salford have had a huge impact on taxis and many other businesses. We don’t have rolling meters like some company’s so we don’t charge when your sat in traffic but this again increases demand but saves you sometimes more than a few pound .Again we always do our best to cover your job but it’s not always possible, if the switch staff say it’s on it way it normally is they are all hard working honest girls but what people don’t realise when they are told “it’s on the way” things happen, the switch staff cannot see the roads like the drivers can and when this happens the driver can not get to the job so he sends it back and it all starts all over again trying to get a taxi to you ! We have hard working drivers who go above and beyond for us (especially since we are still growing as a fairly new business) . But we have to put ourselves in their position sometimes and when it takes a good 25 mins to get to the job then do the job approx another 20-30 mins this is almost a hour for approx £3-5 truthfully hand on heart who would work for that ? Our drivers always try hard for us and try not to knock back a job unless they really can’t get to it. This is not us using excuses this is a true fact of everyday life for taxis the huge amount of traffic on the roads and again the roadworks makes it awful. We have regular customers who work in Manchester that have asked to be transferred or trying to get another job it’s having a massive lmpact on everyone. Please bare with us we are employing more drivers everyday (thus adding to the traffic I suppose) and doing all we can by re routing all cars to busy areas when required but there is only so much we can do. Re my previous review. I've have used your taxis again a couple of times and the expensive fare must have been a one off, as recent fares have been similar to other taxi firms. I would like to say your drivers are a lot more friendly than the ones I have used previously, so I will be using your taxis again..

I use taxis a lot at the moment, thought I'd give you a try after seeing ads on Facebook, unfortunately you seemed a bit expensive. My journey with you was £4.00, which I thought a bit steep for the journey, so rang another firm for return journey and that was only £3.20..however, I can say your driver was polite and turned up on time..

Not happy .. called a cab at 10.20 .. use said ten mins .... it's still not here i call bk to tell me another ten mins ... my appointment is in 15mins .. let's just sat if it gets missed I will not b happy!!!!

Kept me waiting over an hour last Saturday n then this week I needed a taxi at 4am in the morning the phone guy simply replied sorry I've got no taxis I'm confused with it all

2 times I have waited outside for my taxi and it never shown up. When we called back we were told it had been and gone even though we were outside and no taxi had shown up. Once maybe a coincidence buy it happening twice ÔøΩ

I feel I have to contact you to say I have been treated very badly by your company. I ordered a cab from the Park at Monton and at 18.48 received a text to say it had arrived. I immediately went outside but no cab and at 18.52 got a text to say couldn't find me. I rang again and at 19.07 another text to say it had arrived which it hadn't and at 19.08 a further text, which couldn't find me when I hadn't moved. I rang and the person I spoke to refused to send another cab. I can't believe the way you treat your loyal customers. I will use Radio cabs from now on as they found me in 5 minutes with no problem. Such a shame as every driver I have met with has been lovely but obviously you don't care as a company about your customers
