Sweaty Mama is a unique and effective way to exercise with your child. No need to organise childcare, Sweaty Mama allows you to bond with your child whilst you undertake the workout, utilising their weight to intensify the exercise. Over the course of sessions, you gradually build up your fitness level and strengthen your core to rehabilitate your body after having a child. A fab, fun workout to upbeat music both you and your child will love!

A session of moderate drinking lowers restorative sleep quality, and working out when you’re tired can increase risk of injury.
Alcohol causes dehydration to your body - which can lead to poor concentration and fatigue (this can lead to cramps, strain and injury). As fatigued muscles can’t react as quickly your agility and coordination are ...compromised too! Be sure to watch your step on the stair master!
Enjoy your tipple or three, however be sure to stay hydrated throughout and into the next day if you intend on working out the day after!

Simple steps is all it takes to becoming healthy. Start small to see results.
Make that change by swapping your morning brew for a green tea, milk chocolate to dark chocolate, granola for porridge oats, ice cream for greek yoghurt, fizzy drinks for water… the list could go on! 💖
Making small changes like these are the easiest and most achievable ways to lose weight. Just remember you are just choosing to eat healthily and not on a diet! 💪🏼☺️

I'm 4 weeks into training
I've hit my protein requirement every day and my 3 litres water (minimum) per day
Exercising x4 per week 40 mins at a time, across the week no set days. Just when I can.
Remember, to beginners that's a lot and not possible for the majority of people. But I've been training for about 6 years. So once per week isn't going to get me where I need to be my body would be bored.
What I'm trying to say is, fitness is a process, weight loss is a process, it doesn't happen in two weeks. It's an individual journey.
Don't get me wrong you need support, I'm lucky I have a partner who wants to eat healthily. Until he brought home a tub of ice cream....he nearly got thrown out the window 🤣

This is a great class. Abbey really motivates me to push myself with the exercises, but always keeps it light and fun. The music is great and there are lots of varied exercises. I feel in better shape and have a better fitness level then I did before I had my baby.

Sinead is really helpful and has lots of advice to safely get you back into exercise post natal! The exercises are all adaptable to your baby dependant on their age. Thanks sinead for getting me back on track �
