Due to the amazing response and high demand since we opened on 9th July we have had to reconsider and redesign our kitchen and preparation area to ensure we are delivering a more streamlined service. The purpose is to increase efficiency and hopefully reduce waiting times. We also hope to bring online some of our other products such as crepes.
As a result we will need to close the shop for approximately a week for the work to be undertaken.
Apologies to all for any disappoi...ntment and a big thank you to the response during our first week.
We hope to complete the work within one week and will post a further update on an exact date.

We visited swirlz as a family today for the first time. Staff are lovely, great customer service. We bought a variety of desserts and they were all amazing especially the milk choc chip cookie dough. Very good value for your money. We will deffinitely be visiting again very soon. Hope the business brings you more and more success every day and may Allah swt put barakah in your new business ameen.. A must try guys.. GET YOURSELVES DOWN TO SWIRLZ.

We heard about Swirlz from a friend so popped in when we were in the area. It was amazing! Firstly the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The waffles were to die for, so well cooked and such a great selection of toppings. It's clean and fresh and just so delicious! Our 2 year old loved the selection of ice cream flavours, there's so many. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Took my 3 year old and 11 month old today for the first time, we loved it. Yes, the ice cream was beautiful, an amazing range of flavours, a clean and clear shop and an incredible menu, but the highlight is the friendly feeling created by the kind and welcoming staff. Good vibes here, I would definitely return. I know the place is run as a family business and it feels like it is - lovely people. Thank you for having us, we will be back.

Popped into town to see if the shop was open. As me and my 2 children got there we were told the shop won't be open until tomorrow. As you can imagine we were all gutted. As we were about to walk away the owner invited us to come inside where he treated us all to some 'black vanilla' Ice cream, we were sceptical at first but OMG it tasted amazing! The staff are extremly friendly and we had a good chat about when the shop will be opening as well as inviting us to come back down.



We will be going back down next weekend to try some more of the amazing flavours they have and we are really looking forward to it.

OMG amazeballs!!!! Took my little girl and her brother earlier today for a birthday milkshake and waffle each. It was clean, tidy and pink!!!!! �The waffles and milkshakes were to die for... Literally so yummy and presentation was also brilliant. The guys were so friendly and easy to chat to, made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be using again 1000% Xxxx

Nipped in today, got the fully loaded waffle and it was amazing!! The waffle was so fresh, light& fluffy! They’re definitely not shy with the toppings either I didn’t manage to finish them all! Staff are all very welcoming, polite and attentive! It’s something Accrington’s needed for a while! (Think they should buy the building next door and make it bigger) not one fault about it. Would give more stars if I could but would 100% recommend to anybody and it will not be long before I’m back there!

Nipped in today on opening day, we had milkshakes, ice cream cones and uce cream tubs. We all enjoyed them. The shop is clean and well presented. The staff were all helpful and polite. I think once they all find their feet the shop go down really well in Accrington �

I visited Swirlz today for the first time. I loved it and cannot wait to go back and sample some more things off the huge menu! Today I opted for a Strawberry Heaven waffle. The waffle was cooked to perfection...so light and fluffy! Ice cream on the side was yummy. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Best wishes with the new business guys!!

Had our milkshakes from Swirlz and they were really good. They were thick shakes and not watered down like some desert places. Nice one guys

Came in last night.. had their strawberry heaven waffle with a dory shake... really enjoyed it and think it was really fairly priced. Will definitely be back!

Better than Kaspas, had a waffle and a smoothie they both tasted really nice, especially the smoothie. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be going back and would recommend as everything’s reasonably priced for what you get.

Been to Swirlz this evening with 5th Gt Harwood Guides. Even though the shop has closed for a few days for improvements, the owner honoured the booking we made. Looking forward to coming again with the family. Thank you for the hospitality, service was fab and food was lovely....all of the girls were impressed!

Amazing place! Went tonight for an after tea treat got the cookie crunch waffle with ice cream & partner and daughter got Gelato! Tasted amazing, lovely place and a lovely set of lads serving! Will definitely be back. Good luck with the new shop guys xxx
