Went as an emergency appointment and saw Aunkit, after seeing him had some treatment and returned the next week for more. Now in the process of having 2 crowns fitted over the next few weeks. Aunkit has explained every step of the process and why he is having to do what he has done. Very professional but at the same time very approachable. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Visited Saturday 21st October. Was greeted with a smile. Very quick to be seen and my appointment was exactly on time.I must say the receptionist and dental nurse on duty where extremely pleasant and genuine caring professionals and a credit to synergy dental practice. Sorry don't know there names. Dr karim Rachidi was as expected a great dentist who explained fully to me any treatment I needed. Would I recommend this place. Based on today of course I would.

Totally love Synergy. All of the staff are amazing, especially Sarah Mogan, Carrie & Asma! Had nothing but genuine care when I visited and they always make you feel 100% comfortable! Would always recommend to other and will never go to a different dentist! Thank you for looking after me x

Today I received a phone call as my routine check up is due. I don't know where I am working from week to week and for that I usually make appointments for Saturday morning but now they are for private patients. After explaining to Kim that due to my job it is very difficult week by week to know where I'll be working to be able to keep my appointment she made my appointment for a Saturday morning for me. Thankyou so much Kim you are one friendly and kind member of staff, making it much easier to actually keep my appointment

Recently had my first visit to this dental practise, excellent service from start to finish staff so friendly and helpful would highly recommend.

Kim receptionist was lovely and got my daughter seen to straight away . Was bubbly and made us feel welcome. Alex

Iv been with this dentist afew years now and I love it and so does my family, me and my daughter missed afew appointments due to being poorly but I had a lovely conversation with the receptionist called Kim she was really helpful and really helped me out she was so polite and she understood our situation and gave us a very last chance which was very nice of her... THANK U SO MUCH KIM 10/10 for customers service !! 5� from us all xxx

I'm absolutely terrified of the dentist and was very nervous when I had my appointment but after it all I can not wait to receive decent treatment from the nicest dentist I've met I feel less nervous about going there, and receiving good quality service. Would recommend to anyone

I went to Synergy after a recommendation from a friend, as I had a big gap after having two teeth removed by my own NHS dentist. After talking through the options, I opted for a valplast partial denture. All the staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease from the moment I went in, to the moment I left. The impressions were taken and I had my denture within two weeks from start to finish, just in time for Christmas. The tooth and gum colour matched perfectly, and I was really pleased with the outcome. Recently, due to my gum shape changing after healing, the denture needed a slight tweek, and was sorted out in seconds. The customer care is great, and I usually get a phonecall the next day to ask how I got on. Thank you for giving me back my smile x

I received an excellent service from Kim after my son had fainted and dislodged his front tooth, out of hours.

Kim was very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure my son was seen the same day.

Thank you Kim for all your help� it was much appreciated.

I really dread going to the dentist as I get so nervous, but this practice really did put me at ease, from the receptionist to the dentists. Special mention to Asma who had the job of working on my teeth and did it perfectly, she really put me at ease so much I'm going back in a fortnight.

I have just phoned up preston branch to check my sons appointment for this morning. Lukily i did because it made a nice change to get a lady who knows her job. Thankyou kim for helping me and i think you should work at preston branch not blackpool as you seem to realise synergy is a massive empire of different treatments but they forgot mr henrys dentist was a lovely family polite place n ur the 1st lady who seems to notice one to one is important xxxx

I have been going to this dentist for just over 10 years and can honestly say it is the best practice I ever been to. Zuber Bagasi is an amazing dentist who always makes you feel at ease and always explains each procedure very clearly so you fully understand what is happening. I can fully recommend this practice.

I hate going to the dentist. Finally had to due to half a tooth falling out!! First appointment was with Dr Zuber Bagasi. I explained my fear and apprehension of dental work first and he could not have been more understanding. I had an examination and x rays done and then the bad news that the tooth had to come out. I got numbed up with every little pain and then Dr Zuber removed the tooth with no pain at all. Throughout the process he continually checked I was ok and he ensured that I was properly numb before removing the tooth.

I was given a treatment plan for the rest of the required dental work and made my next appointment.

The second visit was with Carrie and was what they call periodontal treatments. I was in for the best part of an hour but again I could not have asked for more considerate treatment. Carrie checked constantly that I was ok. When I felt a twinge I raised my hand and she stopped and gave me more anaesthetic before continuing.

I got good advice without feeling patronized and I will be confident of returning for my follow-up check in 3 months.

I am petrified to go to dentist and today I came along here to see Dr ganeshamoorthy I had 3 teeth taken out didn't feel anything no pain made me feel very welcome friendly staff they were lovely and now I am registered here look forward to my next appoitment Thank you so much

Highly recommended, professional and courteous staff,pain free treatment with outstanding results. I won't need another dentist!! A massive thanks to Kim for clear and honest advice with regards to my personal dental requirements, and an easy to follow pricing structure.

Hi would like to say a big well done for today. Especially Kim (A Dental Nurse / Receptionist ) who made me feel very at ease and explained everything. Thankyou all once again for everything.

Can’t fault anything about Synergy Dental. I was put at ease, all members of staff were welcoming and helpful.
