always buy my carp tackle from here really struggling to understand any bad reviews the staff are excellent and always really helpful tell them what u want and they will grab it for you always go to this shop as i believe its the best angling shop in the north west.

The staff are excellent, been using this shop for over 20 years and never had a problem. The staff are always very helpful especially cliff who always has great advice and keeps me up to date with all the latest news. And they always help and support to an underprivileged group which I'm involved in.

My wife has just bought me the -20 thermos suit . As I'm going to Norway in September . Have to say it's a fantastic bit of gear . Really good value , it's £25 cheaper than what I found on eBay . Would Defo recommend . Will be buying more from taskers . Excellent quality . Thank you wifey .

Just home from a trip to Liverpool.called in to have a look was only able to buy couple small items as was flying home.staff was very helpful and polite.even had bit off banter with them.highly recommend.

Just been for the first time as I'm not too local..The shop is amazing and has more stock than anywhere else I've been especially pike equipment which is hard to find a good stock of, Neil helped me find what I needed and I got some great deals. This will definitely be my go to shop now. I could have spent all day in there

I've used Taskers for nearly 30 years now and would always recommend the store. Staff are really friendly and knowledgable and are always happy to help.

Great shop lots of lures and the staff are top notch, I'm from down south but in Liverpool for 2 weeks but can safely say I will be using the online shop!

Fishing has been on the back burner for awhile due to job etc, needed some new alarms and a replacement bag.

Got the Wychwood alarms at a great price, also caught a couple of decent fish using them the following day.

Stalker bag I bought not used yet but it will be fine for my fly fishing.

Been in there twice for air weapons and both times they've been more than helpful. Recently they spent about 40 minutes going through all the guns we asked about and not once did they complain. Both times I've been in they've had a laugh with us even when they were insulting my choice of air pistol. Great service with some laughs along the way.

Tried to go buy some tackle from taskers angling and on arrival I was followed around the whole shop like I was about to rob the place. Make a little comment on a previous status about this and they deleted it and haven't even contacted me. Do yourself a favour and avoid the money grabbers

Trying to charge postage when we are standing infront of his face at the desk, with a piece of stock they had in and we didn't order.

Ordered a holdall from eBay never did get it! Somehow got lost in the post??? Did get my money back but had to rummage my old holdall out of the bin! Why say a parcel will arrive before a certain day if you cannot honour it! Your courier must be useless!!

Disgusting service and very patronising management don't buy a Remington gas pistol and expect it to work

Staff will not help or replace 1 day old items

Called in yesterday for some hooks,tapered leaders and grip leads. got home to find the leaders priced at £3 above MRRP and leads expensive. My fault but won`t be calling again.
