Went with wigan bulldogs open age gruelling session but well worth it !!

Went to the ladies class tonight, and even though I felt like I was gonna die at times I really enjoyed it. Will definitely be going again next week. Thanks Shane

Training for my fight on June 17th fighting for team Goliath I have had some of the best training sessions I have ever had. Dropped over a stone and devolved my boxing skill and fitness. Great gym and great people with a brilliant atmosphere. You'll always be made to feel welcome in here so get yourself down �

Took my son today for a PT session he absolutely loved it. He is a shy kid so was a little nervous about leaving him. He came home today saying he can't wait to go back next week after one session his confidence has grown. Would highly recommend to anyone with kids. Got my daughter booked in for next week as well for an extra £5 !! Very happy customer thank you !!!

Thoroughly enjoying being back training. Having 1 to 1 boxing and conditioning classes with Shane. Great gym with everything you need and more. I've booked a block of bookings that will see me through the next 8 weeks. Highly recommended

Only came down to see my mate mark who works behind the counter ended up seein the gym for what it is couldnt recomend a better place to train for boxing.

My boys are 6 and 8 and do the kids boxing class on mondays and Saturdays they absolutely love it couldn’t of picked a better boxing gym for them !

Ladies class tonight was brilliant! I'm sure I won't be saying that in the morning when I can't move! See you again Tuesday for round two!!🥊💪😁

Have done quite a few one to ones and they are great, each time something new is added in the session so that they don't get repetitive. Hard work but definitely worth it.

Had first session with Shane definitely recommend to anyone wanting training defo be back �

Great place to train, just getting back into it after having no motivation and now really enjoying it again thanks to Shane @ Goliath gym, I'm feeling loads fitter and would defo recommend it, great set off lads too
