Yesterday was my first experience with Terence Paul and it was nothing short of perfect! After being in another salon earlier that morning and having my hair ruined, they fit me in to salvage it. Not only did Rob perform miracles on my hair (the colour and blow dry were incredible) the customer service and whole experience is what I expected when attending a salon. I can't recommend this salon highly enough!

Terence Paul is fab! Love this salon!!! Rob does an amazing job on my cut and colour, cannot wait to get back for an appointment!

Terance Paul in Hale is by far the best place I've been to for my hair. I've been going for 2 years now and the quality of the extensions is phenomenal, the staff are friendly and professional and they can't do enough for you for the whole time you're there and I love the whole experience from beginning to end. My fav salon in all of Manchester. Always get a friendly welcome from front of house and offered a drink. All the staff are super friendly and always take your requests on board. Nothing is too much trouble and you always leave looking and feeling fab!! Check them out for five star service and the best haircut in town. ��

Katrina at T P hale is the best person i know. She is the person i value as a friend more than anyone. Even if she was not at TP i would want her in my life. I have been in education and she is fabulous at drawing the best out of everyone.

When i compare her to my friends she is the number 1. That girl has the wisdom of someone 20 yrs older.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Meghan at the Manchester salon for being fantastic. Went in with an extremely bad haircut from another salon, and she assured me that we would get it fixed. Did my hair in stages so I could make sure I was happy with it, and was really reassuring. I'm really happy with my interim hair, and know she'll get this sorted! Thank you!

Just had an amazing experience at the Heald Green training salon with Jess. Can’t fault her, from start to finish she was polite and friendly and also told me about my options - I was modelling for her as part of her exam preparation. We chose a decent length to cut off and put some shape in, which I was more than happy with. I told her as long as I can still pin my hair back for Work she could have free rein - she gave me healthy hair at a manageable length and a lovely bit of shape at the front. Her trainer was watching two or 3 girls including Jess and was on them to be the best, all the little nuances like client posture etc and Jess responded to the critique as well as me asking could she take a little more off the length. Such a responsive and lovely young lady. The head massage was a plus too during the hair wash! Never felt so relaxed in my life at a salon. I hope Jess passes her exams as I’d love to see her again!

I’ve been going to Terence Paul for around 18 years (Manchester, Wilmslow, Hale...stalking Calum wherever he moves!) so they must be doing something right. The customer service is far superior to any other salon...they never keep you waiting, like to keep you hydrated with kind offers of drinks and are the friendliest people I’ve come across in the service industry. My colour, cut and blow dry is always on point and I leave feeling pampered and beautiful. Thanks Terence Paul 😊❤️😊❤️😊❤️

Ive known Ella at the Hale salon for nearly five years but only recently gone to her for my hair and can definitely say I wouldn’t go anywhere else again. I always come out of the salon feeling fab. I also have extensions put in with her which I was worried about at first as I didn’t want people to see the tape etc but nobody ever notices just compliments how great my hair looks. Thanks Ella x

I've been going to Terrance Paul in Hale to Ella Dightam for almost 3 years now, honestly can't recommend her as hair stylist or the salon itself enough ! All the staff are so lovely and welcoming, Ella herself is amazing always does exactly what I ask for her work is amazing and she is such a lovely person. I love going and I'll never go to anywhere else! I always get complimented on my hair, I have recommended everyone I know to her and the salon and the other members of staff xxx

I've been going to Calum at Terence Paul in Hale for about 4 years and wouldn't even think about going anywhere else! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and whether I've asked for something specific or left calum to do something different, I always leave the Salon over the moon with my hair!

I've always had my hair done by Francesca in Manchester, she's fantastic at her job, always does my hair how I want it and if she thought it wasn't a good idea she will advise me on what was! She's super friendly and chatty, as are all the other staff in the salon I love every visit there and feel like a vip!

Rapture hair extensions are the best I have ever had, so natural and easy to maintain... I highly recommend them. All staff go above and beyond to keep their clients happy, I can't wait for my next visit �����.

I couldn’t recommend this place (Hale) highly enough and, in particular, Jess. She transformed my lacklustre long locks into a perfect long bob. I knew I was in capable hands when she provided me with advice with how to take hair of my heavily highlighted (after years and years of bleaching!) tresses. 5* indeed.

Fran from the Manchester store works wonders with hair......fact! Anyone who has asked her to do hair knows she is very talented and knows what she is doing. She is so knowledgeable and fun to be around. True gem and can see our friendship lasting a long long time. Thank you fran for making me beautiful :-*

I also have my Raptures done here, which are defiantly the best extensions I've ever used and I've had every method done. You can not see or feel a thing and the hair is amazing and last up to a year if looked after. Been having these for 4 years now and I don't think I'll ever look back ��

Been visiting this salon in Hale for over 4 years. Always had my hair done by Calum and it’s always looked fab!i get lots of compliments on my hair,I can’t imagine life without hair extensions now they have transformed my hair but look so natural! Always felt looked after and special on every visit, I have always had such confidence and trust in this hair salon and Calum. I do and would definitely recommend this hairdressers to family and friends!

After a recommendation, I visited this salon. Now I wouldn't think about going anywhere else! Each time Calum goes above and beyond expectations and I never ever leave disappointed. I also highly recommend rapture hair extensions for a natural, thick look if anyone is thinking about them. All the girls are so welcoming and friendly and always squeeze you in where they can.
