Just want to say your security man Joz was so attentive. I dropped a twenty pound note and he was very quick to tell me that I had done so. Just wanted to share my appreciation as I donŌĆÖt think that others would have been as honest, especially when I was a little wobbly towards the end of the night. So please pass on my thanks to him & make sure he gets some recognition for being a very kind person.

Had a lovely lunch yesterday, full meaty burger for my son and a fab sweet potatoe and goats cheese panini. Great music, not too loud for comfort, and good atmosphere. Will definitely be returning with the rest of the family.

Absolutely amazing sunday roast , totally relaxed and fab music.

We love the rustic feel to this place and have been here a couple of times on sumdays and can't fault it attentive staff and great drinks.

Great food, great atmosphere and a lovely place in the Daytime to take the little one. Good selection of beers as well.

I really like this bar and its terrace, this was the first time we decided to order food. To be honest it maybe the last. We waited patiently for almost an hour as it appeared quite busy. The Cutlery and sauces were brought to us, my husband went to the bar for drinks and asked about our food. It would appear they had given it to someone else. Their policy is to take a description of the person ordering food. This clearly does not work and need reviewing ASAP!!!

Good food, but yet again left disappointed with awful service. I had to ask to be served. I had to ask for the table to be cleared from the previous diners. The waiter walked off, served somebody else, then came back to clear the glasses, and then walked back for a cloth to wipe up. She sprayed on the table whilst we were eating. Our drinks were empty ok the arrival of the food and nobody even checked the food was ok or if we needed another drink. This is our third visit, as the food is awesome, but I'm now walking out of the venue, having to ask if I can pay. Sort it out guys :(

Friday night: great music to dance to with my friends. However, there were awful men lurking around all night. Many appeared to be alone and just there to pray on women. My friends and I were approached and grabbed by men all night, who wouldnŌĆÖt take no for an answer. Some became aggressive when we were not interested.

Something needs to change- the lights are too dim, there needs to be more control on who comes in or staff present inside the bar to keep an eye on what is happening.

I would be concerned for anyone who is intoxicated in this bar. It is not a safe environment and the treatment of women is appalling.

So disappointed in Terrace last night. I regularly come here and love it but last night there was a girl serving us with dark hair in a pony tail wearing a cream and black checked t-shirt who clearly hated her job.



Considering it was a Thursday night at 9.30/10pm and we were only on our 2nd drink, she was treating us like we were drunk teenagers. So disrespectful all night storming around the whole room grabbing glasses from people's tables, to the point where she actually assaulted me when I was standing in the back area near the stairs to the roof terrace. As I was talking to a friend who was outside smoking (and I was inside at the time) she stormed over and tried to grab a drink out of my hand very violently. When I said no and that I had just paid ┬Ż8 for this and I was not outside, she grabbed my hand and pulled it back and forth. Literally everyone around me couldn't believe what they saw. It was beyond unacceptable!



I was sober, going for leaving drinks with friends from work on a Thursday night. Doing nothing wrong. never coming here again and I know all my work friends will be the same.

Pretentious venue with arrogant staff. ItŌĆÖs strange to find a place like this in Manchester. On the plus side, there are loads of good pubs and bars nearby that are worth going to.

Phone was stolen from my bag. This was after hearing another girl tell the bouncer on the door that someone had tried to take something out of her bag. Manager refused to let us look at cctv, as the place we were standing happens to be the area that the cameras donŌĆÖt reach to. Passed to the police now.
