Went in for lunch and to find a pay as you go phone that didn't have to be topped up every month.

We had an excellent panini with chips and a very tasty egg mayo sandwich, and I got the phone I wanted with some help from a friendly young man.

The only criticism I have with this store is that the doors are a long way from the checkouts and as I'm disabled with mobility problems, it makes it difficult to go around the store knowing there's a long walk back to the car at the end of it.

The staff are. Very helpful if you can't reach something on top shelf an assistant will always help me. Phone Shop staff are very helpful too

Tesco held a fundraising event this weekend in aid of a little boys electric wheelchair.

Staff pulled out all the stops. Above and beyond all expectations.

Amazing weekend. Well Done and Thank You x

I was in tescos in stockport this morning and the young guy that was serving me at the till said "hello how are you today?"

I said "do you really want to know or are you just being polite?"

He said "we dont seem to busy just at this moment, please tell me if you wish, i can listen while im serving you".

I should of took his name and sent a nice email to the company.

What a lovely guy x

Gina on the electrical desk went above and beyond tonight! She managed to find a copy of Rogue one after I'd struggled all day trying to click and collect. She took my number to call me back towards the end of the week and kept looking, calling me back right before I paid, Gina you have made my day, thank you so much you're a superstar, this isn't the first time she has helped me and definitely won't be the last! Gina is an asset to your store! Thank you!

A massive, massive thank you for Tesco Stockport for their very generous donation of food to us, Stockport Cats Protection. It is really gratefully received. Thank you.

Has anyone had an issue with the Petrol here?? Filled up on Thursday evening, car made it to the pyramid then started coughing and spluttering. The dealership thinks the fuel may have been contaminated. Early days and don’t want to cause panic but just wondered if anyone else has had a problem??

User

Just called for a snack but the food was a little below par at best. Coffee was good.

User

I had lunch there but prices were misleading , fillings for bake potatoes not posted.

Thought it was dreadful staff on the door and security guard was rude and obnoxious, I wanted to buy cigarettes there was someone on the desk when I arrived I popped to the toilet and on returning at 9:58 the desk was closed I asked the question to security and was told in a very rude manor it shuts at 10 and that was it. I was under the impression customer is king and talking to customers and being polite was a key nessasity in customer service industry.

Having left the shop I called at the garage to try and buy cigarettes and was greeted with just about the same attitude. For a 24 hour store cannot understand why I couldn't buy cigarettes would not recommend this store nor will I ever attend again disgraceful.

Tesco put up the air machine from 20p to 50p blatantly ripping the customer off for air using us as a cash cow, I do not think you are doing yourself any favours charging for air, I don't mind 20p but not 50p which is more than double

User

Terrible customer service by one of your members of staff on the fish counter. My fella dropped a bottle of beer by accident and apologised and told her that the isle needed to be cleaned. She sarcastically told him ‘ he should have had a basket and was very rude. If you cant handle working with the general public then your in the wrong job! I will never shop here again !

Little OTT on the security today. Kids been saving up all week to get Pokemon Cards. Get to Tesco & you can't even see what's on offer. Had to ask at the Click & Collect desk to be shown one by one what stock you had, then scanning each one for a price. Chose the ones we wanted then had to be escorted to the checkout because they had to be paid for immediately. So went back round to continue my shopping & then find a £3 mini figure in a security box??? Paid for these at self checkout & as usual staff are less then helpful & asked me to produce my receipt as proof of purchase before she would unlock this box that I clearly just scanned & paid for. Absolutely ridiculous, shopping with three kids is hard enough without being messed about. Won't be shopping here again, Stratford store is so much better. Can see what I want to buy & checkout no problem.

Just been and purchased a milkshake to find out its 10 days out of date still on the shelves not impressed tesco!!!

I wish to complain about the way my daughter was treated yesterday. To cut a long story short I will explain. My daughter Tracy was coming to your store to do her family shopping but before she got there she had her bag snatched with her purse in it. She tried to phone the police on her mobile but because she had no credit she couldn't. Tracy was upset and shaking she carried on to your store hoping that someone of your staff would phoned the police for her. Tracy saw two of your security guards explained what had happened and asked them if they would phone them for her, they said they couldn't help and that she had a phone to call them herself. I am disgusted they could see how upset she was. Is this the way you expect your customers to be treated. They could not even offer her a seat or any help. My daughter has used your store for years but from now on she won't and neither will I or the rest of my family. If this is the sort of people you employ God help you. A bit of human kindness or compassion that was all that was needed. Angela Clarke

I am disabled and to find the toilets are no longer locked, allowing all the regular abuser's, to dirty them.

Yesterday, I was greeted with a toilet seat hanging off.

I get that we have to use a broom closet, not a Changing Places appropriate toilet.

Put the lock back on the door and use the old system, where we had to collect the key from the music counter and return it.

Your store shelves still need lowering and positioned better, because of pillar obstacles.

I only use Tesco Extra because of its wide aisles and tills. Self-Service Tills are still not wheelchair friendly. Get in a wheelchair and try it sometime!

I cannot stand other stores, that have a designated Wheelchair Till, for all and sundry to use it.

Last night, in my local Asda, it was closed!

I didn't buy anything, as the till aisles are too narrow and I am prevented from doing self-service.

I don't use home delivery shopping, as the substitutes are myopic, the food looks like it has seen a hurricane, the delivery staff are rude and my condition doesn't allow itself to be controlled.

I couldn't buy my mother's husband a birthday card, as Mother's Day cards have taken precedent over the regular offerings, 5 weeks before the event!

His birthday was the 3rd of March.

I cannot get into Clinton's or The Card Factory, not wide enough for a Wheelchair!

I won't use online services, as I want to write my own word's.

May make my own in future, just bought a Cricut machine!

When I shop, I tear up all the psychological mumbo jumbo, I am reconditioned by Me.

Not conditioned by something the Victorians started!

Has anyone had an issue with the Petrol here?? Filled up on Thursday evening, car made it to the pyramid then started coughing and spluttering. The dealership thinks the fuel may have been contaminated. Early days and don’t want to cause panic but just wondered if anyone else has had a problem??

Just called for a snack but the food was a little below par at best. Coffee was good.
