how do you know that I was up there for one, also only went for for sleeping aids and then I left.

I wasn't there as I never left my home. However the app is telling I was present.

I had the misfortune to need to use the Ladies toilet yesterday. I say misfortune because when I went to wash my hands I was disgusted by the state of the sinks. Silicone sealant was dirty or missing around them and there was ingrained grime around the base of the taps. If this was cleaned properly every day it wouldn't build up no matter how many people use the facilities.

I asked at customer services for a comment card but was told these were no longer in use and everything now had to be done on the internet - in spite of there being a sign further along on the wall informing customers they could use a form available at customer services.

I gave 3 for cafe not the store..worst cafe ever no where to sit cos all tables bar 3 which people were sittin at had used crockery etc on oh it was not a busy time ..12 noon but i guess its a busy store so will be busier . The girl was on her own behind counter takin food out and serving drinks though she was very nice..need more staff! Someone did come out later to clear a few tables

I dont like the new layout. Even some of the staff dont know where things are.
