This always happened every weekend, we turned off our online order when we are too busy and some of order has been cancelled automatically by system, we are understanding how upset customers are but ours staff work really hard under pressure , we are cooking fresh , every order is cooking by queue, please don’t expect that the order is going to be on time especially on weekends we are trying our best to delivery our best service and ours staff don’t deserve to be sworn at.
