Went for drinks on Easter Sunday night, the service was speedy despite it being busy.

Went for breakfast this morning, excellent food and good value. I will certainly return on my nest trip to Mancester.

We came to The Alchemist to celebrate mine and my partners 1st anniversary of being together. We had an fantastic meal and the cocktails were amazing as always. Love The Alchemist always a fantastic experience.

Visited here last night with 3 friends around 9pm, the food drinks and service was amazing! Compliments to the chef, we all thoroughly enjoyed our food! Would definitely reccomend the fajitas and salt and pepper chips.. We were served by a blonde lady in her 20s didn’t catch her name but she was lovely and very patient with us as we took longer to order due to us chatting away.. we had a fantastic evening, we will definitely be back! �

Took my mum and dad who have mobility issues to enjoy some pre-theatre food and drinks and couldn't have been more helpful. The cocktails were fab and the food equally as good. It gets a great big thumbs up from us 👍

My first visit to this restaurant, loved it, great food, cocktails and all at a fantastic price. Really good atmosphere and the staff very attentive to us, we were running late but they didn't make a fuss or try and rush us out felt happy to chat with family after meal, will be going back

My daughter's took me for lunch on sun ,they were very busy but the staff were amazing and so efficient and the food was perfect..

Excellent food, super friendly service. It's lovely to find somewhere with such a fabulous menu of fantastic food and drinks where children are welcome too.

Bar staff couldn't do enough for us. We may be a little more mature than the average punter but the staff were fabulous. Drinks not just entertaining but taste great.

Although my husband and I had pre-booked a table and were allowed to go to our table 20 minutes early -.the waiting staff were all really busy but still gave us an excellent service - great food and speedy service would recommend the Alchemist to all my family and friends

AMAZING FOOD! We went for lunch on a Friday with kids, they got also a big portion of food, with lots of sides. Fine taste and excellent ingredients both in our starters and mains. Highly recommended!

Took my wife and son for lunch as he works at office next door they really enjoyed the food my wife particularly enjoyed her cocktail "light bulb" unfortunately I can't say the same my main course was smoking Pho Prawns it lacked flavour plus I had to ask two members of the team for utensils to eat my food.

This may have been a hick up as I've been before when the restaurant was packed and the food and service was first rate maybe this time it was quite the team were not as focused......

Would I return again yes I have to give it another chance we all get off days and 2 meals out of 3 were good and my wife loves the cocktails.

Stylish Bar with great atmosphere... the wife had an interesting cocktail blow torch and vapor smoke bellowing thought i was in some kind of science lab...Wicked �

Great what a fab idea cocktails and science. It was impressive that the barman remembered our order and 3 others !! Let alone make them at the same time and there was 5 of us !! Wish we good have stayed longer but definitely would go back

Went for a belated birthday treat, very disappointed as food was so much over rated and we had a completely disinterested waitress. Shocked at watching the waiter refilling the table water bottles without emptying the previous customers leftovers or even giving them a quick rinse or clean - disgusting really. Don’t get me started on the waitress who sneezed whilst carrying two Burgers to a table or having to ask a member of staff to clean the filthy toilet!! �

Visit Spinningfields often but always avoided The Alchemist as usually always very busy and cannot get a drink for a long time, however as we attended early afternoon, we made an exception... the “mixologist” was very rude and passive, he could not be bothered answering questions about cocktails, “told us to ask the other bartender” ... pornstar Martini was watery and tasted like fruit juice. Disappointed I brought a friend out of town here... will not return.

Never had a problem with any bouncers my whole life and these bouncers are muppets didn’t let us back in to go for a wee and started acting big when all the bouncers in there were my height dead embarassing and dead shit place with about 3 people in. Never again

Have just been this morning and wanted somewhere to go for breakfast and cure our hangovers and a friend reccommended we come here. I ordered the steak eggs and hash browns and asked for my steak pink. Which came cooked through. My friend asked for the avocado and egg with bacon and the bacon came cremated which he didnt even ask for. The server didnt even bother to do a check back as i work in this industry and know there should be some standards. My friend tried to tell the server the bacon was rubbery when we recieved the bill and he just looked at us and walked off. Im appauled. And will definitely wont be back
