We stayed here Monday to Friday with a group of 38 staff and service users. I can honestly say it has been a fantastic holiday for all.

The staff have been amazing and are a credit to the establishment.

The food was of good quality and plenty of variety for all.

The domestic staff are maintaining the hotel to a very clean and tidy standard.

As a group we would book again tomorrow. I have never been on holiday with service users and been helped so much as we have at the bond. The entertainment at night was amazing they interacted with all the service users and made them feel very special. 5* from Derbyshire see you again next year xxx

We have been twice so far this year and about to go again at the weekend. What a brilliant hotel. It has all the amenities that we need to care for our disabled sister yet still keeps a lovely hotel feel. Plenty of room in the lounge and dining room for wheelchairs. The food is great and there is lots of choice. Dining room staff are helpful and friendly.

I must say that ALL the staff are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We can't recommend the care staff enough. They do a great job and are very friendly and professional, it made a very enjoyable holiday for all of us knowing that we had such good support.

Would highly recommend the Bond to anyone :)

This is the first disabled hotel that I have been to where it fully caters for the disabled. They have and can supply you with all items that would be required by any disabled person. There is a very large staff and are more than helpful for anyone's needs. All the meals are all fresh cooked and made on site. There is excellent entertainment every night and there is no need to go out looking for it. I for one would never consider any other hotel in the Blackpool area and I will be returning to this hotel

The hotel never failes every time we come to blackpool the staff are fantastic and the rooms are out of this world and the scooter I hired very good and fast and easy for me to get around

Just returned after a fantastic long weekend with the lady I care for. She has had a absolute ball!!! Never laughed, giggled and danced so much! The staff are fantastic, you couldn't ask for more. Hospitable, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Food is great, all you can eat and if you don't like what's on the menu, they will do there up most to cook you something that you will. I went with my mum who is disabled and needs help from carers on a daily basis. The carers who work with the hotel are amazing, very professional and very caring. The staff in the hotel are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel so welcome. Mum had the best time and so we're hoping to go back in March 2015 for the 60's weekend.

I visited The Bond Hotel for the first time, after a warm welcome and we got settled into our rooms we went down for our evening meal which you had a selection of meals, the staff was always on hand anything you wanted they got it. The night entertainment was lovely, quiz, bingo, singing, dancing and many more, there was enough room to dance around with a wheelchair. Our room was just right, all the right equipment you needed for disable people loads of room to move about in the room too, our beds was comfortable, was like sleeping in your own bed.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff and management for all there help and for making our weekend a great one, we will be visiting you again soon.

The staff employed are both efficient and extremely accommodating ŌĆō there really is nothing that they will not do to help make the stay easier. Their empathy in making the guests stay enjoyable could not be better. The staff in the restaurant are fantastic! ŌĆō guests are allocated a table at the start of their stay ensuring people know where they are sitting for each meal and this is planned in advance to allow ease of access for wheelchair users. ŌĆō they even remember the little things ..(the lady I support is diabetic and there is always sweetner placed on her table at every meal. ) The Evening entertainment is fantastic and all acts/artistes that are employed by the hotel work tirelessly to ensure that all guests, whatever their disabilities are included. I am looking forward to my visit next week .

Great hotel the owner and the staff are faultless hotel clean and food good. Within 2 mins walk of closest tram stop and blacpool is your oyster. Well done bond our service users was welcomed and treat with respect. A great concept. Keep up the good work
