The second Mancsgiving Day is just round the corner!
If you missed the first, here’s a taster of what you can expect. Across the outside and inside performance areas, lots of local bands, poets and actors, magic, dance and art to fill the spirit and the soul. Mouth-watering freshly made food, inside and outside bars. Plenty of stuff... for kids as well as the adults-from circus skills to hula hoops!
You’ll find many friends amongst the diverse crowd-mates, families, colleagues –all part of this wonderful community in South Manchester, centred in leafy Whalley Range. So what’s it all for?
Organised by #mancsgiving , a group of local volunteer fundraisers, the 2018 festival will be raising money for Reach out to the Community and Manchester Mind. Enter by voluntary donations.

A star from the Carlton Cabaret! Returning in October!

Here we go - Home the Range is back on the very last day of August - sure to start the party so join us on the dance floor.

What an amazing place, great welcoming and great crowd, management was very kind, thanks for having us @weareub4d. Love Big AJ x

What a magical place! From the very moment I stepped through the door at my first Chancers Cabaret, I was sold! The venue, the people, the vibe, and of course the array of talent on display! Martin and his team are all super welcoming, it is like walking into a family gathering :)

What a great place! First time we'd been and we felt at home as soon as we walked in. Friendly people, fabulous music. We will be back!

Went to the bonfire night on Saturday and it was great. Really top atmosphere and hugely enjoyable

The Carlton club is an amazing place . We brought our club nite one tree island to this venue in Dec . And it turnout to be a great great nite . So we will be returning back there once again on the 19th of February , and we like it and the staff there so much . We will be starting a new venture on 18th of March . This nite will be called . GOING OUT . More news to follow . Great space , great staff . Great customer

I've had some of the best nights out ever at the Carlton Club - friendly, funny & great music. New friendships forged and relationships started. It's part of the fabric of our community.

I love this place.

I had my 40the there and they couldn't do enough to help out. The staff are friendly and really get involved in whatever is going on. They even tollerated a really huge pink ball on wheels being installed in the place.

Great venue for gigs, parties, random nights...

It's like having your own club for a night.

And the drinks are cheap!

Highly recommend.

I know people say a place is friendly, but, this is REALLY friendly!! The Carlton Club is a truly unique, old-school venue, perfect for young and old alike. Michala and her team go the extra mile to help us promote our club night - The Psychedelic DiscoTech, and to make sure it's a success. Consequently, everyone who comes to our night feels really at home and loves the atmosphere! This is a real gem nestled in a world of faceless, corporate venues who miss the point about going out - yes you want a trendy place, yes you want top tunes, yes you want a crowd, but if you aren't feeling a connection to the place, then you might as well party at home in your front room! The Carlton Club delivers time and time again ....friendly and very, very cool.

For me this is the jewel in the crown. I've been numerous times as a punter & to DJ. The Carlton Club is a special quirky place where you always receive the warmest welcome. Michala & the team do a fantastic job & they put on some great events on a weekly basis. If you've never been read the reviews. What's stopping ya!!! 👍
