Happy Hump Day ­¤śé­¤śé­¤śé

Oooo we love every thing salt and pepper...do you?

Food was really nice, couldnŌĆÖt fault the quality and selection.

But the toilets were absolutely disgusting, only 1 working toilet in the ladies but the toilet roll dispenser was broken so couldnt get any tissue.

There was no soap in the dispensers either.

The toilets were dirty and someone had even put dirty tissues into the sanitary bin. Not nice when you are eating and canŌĆÖt even clean your hands.

After complaining they sent someone to check/clean the toilets so hopefully the next lot of customers didnt have to experience the dirty toilets.

We have been before and donŌĆÖt remember any problems with the toilets so hopefully a one off

Went on Saturday really disappointed, we generally go here and never had a problem, food always lovely and plenty of it, last night food was dry and tasteless some mains looked like they had been there a while. Plates were slow to be removed from the table, I can understand if it was busy but it was the emptiest I had seen it. We had to wait over 15 minutes for chicken nuggets to come out and when your child is waiting to go to the puddings and sheŌĆÖs the last to go as there was a long wait not good. Advised the lady on the till as well as speaking to 6 members of staff regarding how slow this was she basically said food does back up, fair enough but 15 minutes for nuggets is ridiculous, however she did offer that my daughter could have some nuggets as we were leaving. Very disappointed doubt we will be going anymore

This was our regular all you can eat, we celebrated birthdays and special occasions and visited at least once a month if not more... on our last visit everything had changed... and not for the better. The quality had just dropped, food wasnt as nice as it had been and alot of stuff wasnt hot, some of the food clearly had been sat for a while and not been changed or refreshed... we brought this up with the staff member when paying the bill but just got nothing... no apology and no acknowlegment of our issues. Had this been given we would have returned again and givin it one last chance, as is we havent been back for the past 3 months.

Went tonight. Party of 8. 4 kids 4 adults.

Kids went for pancakes and the sugar in the bowl was salt. All 4 children ate some. Staff not bothered. DidnŌĆÖt think it an issue. DidnŌĆÖt apologise. CouldnŌĆÖt understand the problem we had with this. Expensive and tasteless with no customer service. When did complain asked to sign a waiver to say we would leave the matter there in exchange for 2 free small PepsiŌĆÖs. Appalling!!
