Kendal Judo Club
Sports Club Monday 16 30 - 17 . 15 £20 pcm
Mini Judo Wednesday 16. 30 - 17. 15 £25 pcm
Junior Judo Monday - Wednesday 18. 00- 19. 00 £25 cpm
For children aged 6 - 8 years, Sports Club aims to build confidence and self esteem as well as developing their basic multi-skills to give them a good skills platform for sport in later life.
Junior Judo
For children aged 8 - 12 years, Junior Judo aims to develop their basic judo knowledge in a fun and fulfilling way as well as providing opportunities to compete in a safe environment.
Senior Judo Monday & Wednesday 19: 30 - 21: 30 £25 - £35 per Month*
For Judoka aged 13 + , Senior Judo provides an assured training environment, providing opportunities to practice personal technique as well as learning new skills. There is also plenty of randori opportunities both in Newaza and Tachiwaza.
Adult Beginners Tuesday Evening 6 Week Courses
For Aduilts 16 + who wish to start the exciting sport of Judo. To find out when our next course is due to start ring Mike on 07708968194.
Kendal Olympic Weight Lifting Club.
Junior Lifting Class Tuesday 16: 00 - 17: 00 £3 per Session
For kids aged 13-16, Junior Lifting Class teaches participants basic technique and how to work safely with a range of weights equipment.
Senior Lifting Class Monday 18: 15 - 19. 15 £5 per Session
For people aged 17 + , Senior Lifting Class teaches participants weight lifting technique including olympic lifts The Clean & Jerk and The Snatch.
Kendal Elite Sports Academy Mon, Wed & Fri 07: 00 - 08: 00 £30 per Month**
The Academy aims to develop the conditioning of young athletes from any sporting background so they can challenge at the highest level in their sport.
Personal Training & Strength & Conditioning Monday - Friday

Sports Therapy Tuesday Evening

Yoga

Family Membership at £40 per month applies to instances where 2 or more members are from the same family and their monthly subscription would be over the value of £40.

Important Announcement : NOW FREE TO ENTER Kendal Judo club is pleased that the number of competitions available to young judoka in the U.K. is increasing all the time. With this in mind and in recognition of the increasing financial burden to parents and coaches we have decided to celebrate our continued support from Fighting Films by opening up the Fighting Films Trophy on May 25th/26th 2019 to all competitors for FREE. Zero entry fee for all judoka. We will be asking for ...spectators to support the event at an entry fee or £5 per adult. We hope that as many young players as possible will come along and enter. The format will follow last years very successful event with prizes sponsored by Fighting Films. Any players who have already entered and paid will receive their fee back. We hope our gesture will encourage players to come and experience the Kendal Dojo for free and maybe take away a medal and Fighting Films prize. It’s all about the Judo!The fighting films trophy is a great and innovative Judo event. Grade and age banded so everybody can take part, from 8 year olds to seniors.
