Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 (coronavirus) in the UK, we have taken the precautionary decision to temporarily close The Donkey Sanctuary Manchester.
Our resident donkeys are not affected and they will continue to receive the highest level of care by our dedicated grooms who will continue to work as normal.
This precautionary decision is due to the nature of our work at the Donkey-Assisted Therapy centres and the people we work with, who can be more vulnerable to infectious disease. We'll keep you updated with any changes.
