Due to government advice we will be shutting the doors to the pub at midnight tonight until further notice. There will be no takeaway service available either.
Thank you for all the support and we hope to see you soon. We hope all this madness doesn’t last too long so we can be back behind the bar serving you all again soon.

We are open for business as usual. Our tables are already spaced out away from each other. We also do Takeaways so you can phone in your order to 01257 464640 and pop in to collect at door, where we will meet you to take payment. MOTHERS DAY IS STILL ON!

And the winner of Parbold Hill race 2020 on its 50th year anniversary was Jon-jo Doherty in 43mins . Exceptional time considering Storm Dennis was passing through! Many congratulations! Here is a little video showing how committed he was to winning the race!

Its Parbold Hill Race today and car park is already full, so please park on school car playground! Car parking should free up about 4pm. Also Lancaster Lane is closed for roadworks but access can be via The Common in Parbold
