These AMAZING women will be joining us in January 2019 in Kussamo where we will Snow Shoe, Husky Sled & Cross Country Ski to raise money for Forget Me Not Children's Hospice Grace’s Place.
These #powerwomen are pushing themselves way out of their comfort zones and learning to see fitness as something other than weight loss or punishment for over eating..... they see it as challenging, motivating, inspiring, taking them to new places, meeting new people, learning a skill, ove...rcoming fears, pushing their body. The challenge has been fully funded by the team to ensure ALL donations go direct to Grace’s Place #inspiration #fitness #charitychallenge.

In January 2019 we will be taking a team of 12 AMAZING woman to Finland to complete a snow Triathlon consisting of Husky Sledding, Snow Shoeing & Cross Country Skiing!
As well as raising vital funds for charity, these women are pushing themselves way out of their comfort zones and learning to see fitness as something other than weight loss or punishment for over eating..... they see it as challenging, motivating, inspiring, taking them tonnes places, meeting new people, lea...rning a skill, overcoming fears, pushing their body.

So I went back to basics with my workout's with Robyn, not realising I was doing most of it wrong until... I joined the MTM group on a Thursday morning, she shown me how to correct my posture, breathe right during exercise and strengthen my core and pelvic floor, I would highly recommend anyone to do the 6 week course whether your already working out, running or frequently visit the gym, as you never know you could also be doing things a little wrong causing aches and pains in doing so.



I've also been having PT sessions with Robyn, she's completely changed they way I look at exercising and my diet has never been better. thanks so much!! xxx

Simply...this is an amazing post pregnancy program, 5 stars, exceeded all expectations and everyone should be doing this after having a baby.

Extended version, one of my fears after pregnancy was not getting back into shape, not having time to go to the gym. A friend told me about Warrior Mums and from being 20 weeks pregnant knew this was for me. It wasn't local and was a 40 minute drive to the venue but that didn't put me off.

I'll admit I thought the first 2 sessions were easy, everything I already knew! But I hadn't appreciated how much my body had been through with pregnancy at the time and I didn't complete the exercises on week 1, biggest excuse "no time". But then after the week 2 meeting the motivation kicked in, different set of exercises. My living room became my gym, the exercises didn't need equipment or a studio, just yourself, motivation and some good music.

I felt the difference with every home session, the weekly meeting was fun, chatting to other Mums and working out. No babysitter required or trying to work round my partners shifts.

The PT explained every exercise in detail, making sure the movements were controlled and using the right muscles, this is invaluable when you're doing this on your own, you remember what was said so you can't go wrong.



I had a personal goal and by week 4 had already exceeded it but my motivation didn't stop, I put this down to the structure of the course.

14 weeks after having my little boy I feel great, strong and body confident.

The only down side, I've had to buy 2 smaller bra sizes since I started.

Just finished week 4 of a Warrior class based in Appleton! Robyn works so hard with us. The programme is adapted for all levels of fitness and there's great motivation from Robyn and the other ladies.. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks and other Warrior classes

Just finished my first 8 week warrior course and am booked on another. Brilliant workouts, loads of useful nutritional advice and run by lovely ladies who motivate and encourage you to be the best you possibly can be! Thanks girls ️xx

I've just finished the Warrior Mums programme and cannot recommend it enough. Having had two babies in two years, I was not happy with my shape and had developed some poor eating habits. Thanks to Warrior Mums, not only have I lost body fat and toned up but my posture has vastly improved and the gap in my abdominal muscles has closed! I can honestly say that clean eating is a practice that I will adopt for life - the recipes are simple and nutritious and I feel amazing! Thank you so much to Robyn and the Female Fitness Academy for giving me my confidence back! Now onto Warrior!

I've completed the warrior mums course and and currently doing warrior prep. Amazing programme that allows you to exercise with baby in tow! Terri is a fab pt- she goes the extra mile to keep you motivated and even entertains my cranky baby so I can concentrate on a good workout. Thank you

I'm currently in the middle of Warrior Prep after completing Warrior Mum with Terri and I can't recommend it enough. Terri has been awesome and the results I have seen have been great. I would recommend Warrior Mum for anyone looking to get moving again after having a baby - and don't delay - get moving as soon as you can!!!

My PT is Lisa and she is fab, so patient and fun! Two sessions a week is doing me a world of good, I totally recommend female fitness academy, not just for PT but for everything they offer for pre and post natal! Wish I knew about you when I was pregnant! :)

I recently did the mummy tummy method and my god I regret not doing it sooner I now feel ready to return to training and lost 7 pounds whilst doing it � now back to pre pregnancy weight can't thank Robyn enough for all her hard work and dedication

I have just finished warrior mums and currently doing warrior prep, with Terri who is an amazing pt, she's great makes sure your technique is correct and keeps you motivated and the class fun and enjoyable, I used to hate exercise but really look forward to my Wednesday class now, a big plus is you can bring your kids, and Terri is fab with them if they get a little grumpy.

I love being able to exercise, and take my daughter with me.... Without this class that's not something I'd be able to do. I have enjoyed the class so much I am about to start my second course!

I am so glad that I'm part of the Warrior Mums programme. The advice, motivation, exercise classes and group support are second to none. Robyn has provided excellent information about clean living and nutrition, as well as exercising after having a baby, as opposed to just launching back in to normal exercise, which I realised is not the right thing to do. Can't recommend it enough.

Claire & Robyn are just brilliant to work with, they push you to the max, but at the right pace. My fitness levels have increased in just 3 weeks and even my body shape, which is a bit hard to believe. As I am now eating & living clean my skin is glowing with health and everyone is commenting on the difference already. I have so much more energy and I'm actually no longer dreading working out. This comes from a lady who is 50 & nearly half of me is body fat. Thanks so much ladies xxx
