We went for lunch today, it’s an amazing venue, we had beer and cocktails in the bar first, then were taken upstairs to the restaurant to eat, we had lavender bread, then baked Camembert/houmous starters then fillet steak/ Seabass mains and a sticky toffee pudding � it was all perfectly cooked, very tasty and beautifully presented. Our waitress was very attentive and looked after us throughout. We’d definitely return �

We visited yesterday and it was a perfect way to finish off a couple of days visiting Liverpool. The decor is beautiful a delightful setting to enjoy the delicious food on offer. We cannot fault The Florist the staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing place with a great atmosphere we look forward to visiting again soon.

We dined at The Florist tonight and literally from the the door man who greeted us to the reception staff who sat us at table to the waitress who took our order, was made to feel welcome every one of them were polite and friendly. The food and drink were amazing too. Very nice meal indeed and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

This was my first visit to The Florist and I really hope it won’t be my last. I honestly can’t fault anything about my experience, from the very friendly and accommodating waiting staff to the amazing quality of the food and cocktails and, as for the decor and vibe of the place, it’s simply stunning������

The food is amazing, however the staff from the hostess, manager, servers and everyone else that was running around all day looking after guests were even more amazing. Couldn’t have done anymore for us. Brilliant place, lovely food, amazing staff. We will definitely be back again soon.

I came to the florist in Liverpool on Monday (11th June) on my birthday for a meal with my family and we all had such a fab time! The restaurant itself is so pretty and the food was amazing, as well as this our lovely waitress, Sam, was so nice all night and really looked after us. Thank you, especially to Sam, for making my birthday evening so lovely ��

Had my birthday meal here last night. Such a good choice. The decor alone makes it a worthwhile place to stop off for a few cocktails. The menu offers a good choice and the staff were really lovely and attentive, I will definitely be returning. ☆☆☆☆☆

We waited quite a long time for the food to arrive and some of the staff waiting on the tables could have done with a lesson in customer care. A smile and being more pleasant and courteous would not go amiss. I doubt that I will ever go there again to eat.

Such a shame as we had been looking forward to our visit. We would go back for drinks but food not so much. Such a shame as the place is beautiful.

Went to the florist yesterday and it felt like I was abroad, very nicely done, the young girl who served us was lovely she repeated our ordered yet the ordered came out wrong, the hummus was lovely but the rest of the food was dried out, the children didn't want to eat theirs, very disappointed. Its such a shame we were really looking forward to coming here but am now put off Coming back. Also never took my deposit off the bill and I phoned up and they said a manager will phone me back, I haven't heard anything, I hope for the sake of this restaurant that this doesn't keep happening, such a waste of a beautiful place

Management should focus on hiring experienced waiting on staff rather than just pretty young girls who look like scared deer in headlights.

The hostess firstly wasn't at her post, and then kept us waiting 20minutes even though we arrived before our time slot.

It was Sunday evening and not at all busy. We were a six top table and our waitress (despite being lovely) was so slow and had a terrible memory.

Lovely place, decor great, everything else goes downhill from there, if I had invested a small fortune getting this place looking as good as it does I would be gutted with the service that is being delivered by staff & management.
