This maybe a long one but here goes...had my son just over a year ago, instead of postnatal depression I got severe health anxiety. My cousin sadly passed away very suddenly which made anxiety even worse. Iv never believed anything spiritual could ever help I didn't believe in that stuff. So my mum booked me in with Kim last week I went open minded, and I can honestly say...I'm normal again. Iv had a weight lifted off my shoulders I'm not tense all the time constantly on edge that something will happen. I feel calm about things. I can't thank you enough and I would also recommend this to anyone who suffers as badly as I did! Thank you very much x

I met Kim today lovely lady and had a access bars taster an amazing treatment its a very personal experience so a difficult one to explain but a lot happened in a short space of time highly recommend I felt great afterwards thank you Pippa xxx

I had the access bar treatment earlier this week, and would highly recommend for anyone, who like myself suffers from anxiety. I will admit I was sceptical beforehand of what outcome to expect, but I have honestly slept so much better since, and feel like I have had a much clearer head......I have had a couple of instances this week that previously would have stressed me out, but have handled them much better.
