We visited today after not being here for several years, what a gem - a proper country pub!! Will be back again and great for little ones in the summer x
We had a meal there on wednesday and it was exellent very friendly staff and good service .will definitely go again to this lovely Inn
Took our dear mum 5/7/2017 for a birthday meal ,needed somewhere nice to take her ,we were really well looked after ,had a lovely starter ,then mail meals ,food was just to our liking ,mum loves her jacket potatoes ,so well presented and tasted just great , so well presented.then they brought mum out a cake with candle on it ,which mum really loved ,lovely staff ,landlord and landlady .thank you ,will definitely be coming again.Pauline Bolt ,Linda Kingstone and mum, Anne Bolt xxūüćĹūüćĹūüć∑ūüć∑ūüćļūüćļūüéČūüéČūüéäūüé ä
This is a pub, a proper pub, all that you imagined an English pub would be or could be.

Had sunday lunch today,shouldn't have had a starter as the roast beef lunch was massive, just found enough space for an Irish coffee afterwards. I would definitely go there again excellent food plenty of it,and value for money.

Fantastic food. Stopped on a whim this evening after passing when cycling. Didn't leave a tip as I had no cash. But I will be back what a great atmosphere!

Both my friend & I had the crab salad It was delicious the home made coleslaw was the best I've ever tasted i would certainly recommend eating here & can't wait to go back the staff were very friendly & happy too

After passing this GEM of an Inn many times, I thought it was about time I booked a meal there. We visited today and were BLOWN AWAY by the beautiful interior and the service. The staff were very friendly and the food AMAZING. A lovely Sunday roast. The beef was cooked to perfection. Not like a lot of places, where it is overcooked and best used to sole your shoes with !!

After Hurricane Doris caused power cuts affecting Lavenham we sought refugee and substinace in the Horseshoe Inn. We were not disappointed, the staff were friendly, the food was lovely and the woodburner made the pub feel cosy. We intend on heading here the next time the weather is bad. In fact these guys should organize storm parties. I
