Could you very kindly please consider donating a treatment you may provide (I.E Beauty/Hair) or workshop (I.E Crafts/Art/How To’s)??

What a lovely V💋LENTINES morning we've had whilst welcoming new MUMs to our group!
Our LEAPs Mum's who LUNCH and CRAFT group have been making gifts for that very special lovable person, from 'pop-me' balloons to Valentines crackers. We even managed to fit in a cheeky game of bingo!
We enjoyed a hot cuppa and yummy toast and even managed to take a few hours of 'me' time whilst their little ones got messy in our FREE Creche! We can't wait to see you again next week!

The first ever Children’s Mental Health Week was launched in 2015 to shine a spotlight on the importance of children and young people’s mental health. Now in its fifth year, we are all encouraged more than ever to get involved and spread the word.
... When we think about healthy living, we tend to focus on looking after our bodies and our physical wellbeing through food, being active and getting enough sleep. However, in order to be healthy overall, it’s important that we look after our minds and our mental wellbeing too.
Our bodies and minds are actually very closely linked, so things that we do to improve our physical wellbeing can help our mental wellbeing as well. When we take steps to be Healthy: Inside and Out, it helps us to feel better in ourselves, focus on what we want to do and deal with difficult times.
It is known from work in schools, that children in every class have diagnosable mental health conditions and many more struggle with challenges from bullying to bereavement.

Lovely pace to work all the staff have been very kind and the supporting gold I work with lovely kind poelp Mandy me welcome to the team and I fell are calm and greet in side when I first started it leap I don't know what to do but all the staff got me to what to do I love coming here to work it is like being it home with supporting staff thakyou so much for putting me your team
