We found this place by chance and so glad we did. Wonderful dinner with great wine. Superb end to a holiday break weekend. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed our first family visit to L&F last night, having driven past it for months on our regular visits to Cheshire. We were not disappointed. A lovely building with lovely staff. We ate in the restaurant and cannot fault our waitress for the evening. She realised quickly that there was possibly a problem with my daughters meal. She dealt with it very efficiently and professionally. A geat place with great food, cocktails and service. I'm sure we'll be back again.

We came for a meal last night and absolutely loved it!

The venue is stunning. We ate in the upstairs restaurant. The staff were lovely and very attentive. My 8 year old loved being able to go and see how the pizzas were made! The food was delicious also. We had gone for my Mums birthday and the waiter Lee brought out a brownie with a candle in and happy birthday written in chocolate free of charge! Will definitely go back!

Stunning place with amazing food. Didn't get to try the cocktails but I had fish and chips which was a lovely light golden batter and perfectly cooked, absolutely huge portion as well! the staff couldn't have done enough for us. If im ever near knutsford I will definitely be going again.

I have wanted to visit here for ages but as we don’t live locally it’s taken till now. We had lunch here today. The staff were lovely and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful. To start my fiancé had a beer and I had a Bloody Mary. We then had the sharing starter Antipasti. Which was very nice and a generous portion. My fiancé Had the 18oz ribeye steak for his main, which of course I tried, it was delicious and cooked to perfection. The garlic butter was a good choice with it. I had the spicy king prawn pizza, it was thin and crisp and lots of juicy delicious king prawns. Possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had and we went to Italy last summer. Very generous portions, definitely value for money and if you like a spicy Bloody Mary this is the place for you. Thanks and we’ll definitely be back again x

I belong to a group of business people and we held our Christmas party here on Saturday 1st December, there was 26 in our party and I must say that I highly recommend Lost & Found, the staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us, they were efficient and nothing was to much trouble, considering there was other large groups celebrating the kitchen coped very well and the food came out hot and the quality was excellent, all I can say is well done and I wouldn't hesitate in booking again, hopefully will see you all again soon, thank you.

Had the most wonderful meal here last Saturday & as a first visit this place certainly exceeded my expectations. All the staff really are a cut above when it comes to customer service, they made us feel very welcome, were bright & bubbly, knowledgeable & nothing was too much trouble. The bill was also a very pleasant surprise for the quality & quantity of food we received. My only regret is that I hadn't been here sooner, but after last weekend I will be back! xx

Had a great lunch in Lost & Found. Diana, our waitress, was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I had two starters, roasted tomato soup with mozzarella followed by duck skewers with noodles in a hoisin sauce. Absolutely delicious. Kids had hummus and nibbles to start with followed by burgers. All delicious. Totally recommend this place for food, service and atmosphere.

Every time I have visited The lost and found it has been a very enjoyable experience! Would highly recommend to anyone who’s in the area to pop in for a cocktail! The bartender, Eve, has always been very attentive and very knowledgeable when helping me chose a cocktail that suits me!

Drove over from Liverpool on a Sunday evening for a meal, and I’d honestly consider making it a weekly trip. Restaurant is top class; decoration and adornments minimalist but comfortable and warm inside.



The food was decedent. I’ve not had steak in a restaurant for some time but the rump was flavoursome, well cooked and no complaints on quality. Chips were incredible. My partner had the herbed pork fillet which was divine (had to steal some...) and the pomme Anna chorizo potatoes were the perfect accompaniment.



Service was top drawer- polite, knowledgeable and engaged. Will definitely be back soon.

Really nice place, the interior is beautiful and atmosphere great. Every drink I've had there has been very nice, and the food is beautiful.

HOWEVER. The service is dire. Went when first opened, and thought this was just teething problems. Went back recently - the same (if not worse!). Half an hour to get two drinks to the table and only one arrived (a glass of wine). So it took someone half an hour to pour one glass. 40 minutes for mains to arrive, and there was only us and two other tables dining!

Don't even get me started on the bar service on a Friday or Saturday night... The slowest service ever. Your night is spent waiting for drinks as it can take anywhere between 20 and 30 mins to get your drinks. Abysmal.



This is a real shame, as everything else is faultless, but I will not be eating here again and the bar wait SERIOUSLY puts me off returning for any more nights out.

Mediocre food. Tried to give constructive criticism as it is easy to see where they are going wrong but feel it's not taken seriously. Feel that £4.30 for a pint of lime and lemonade is just taking the mickey.

Went last night with only 3-4 tables dining and service wasn't great at all. Been 4 times now but nothing has improved - doubt I will risk another visit.

Went in sunday and to be honest the building was stunning and the staff were great but the food let the side down. I had a roast chicken dinner the veggies were nice but the rest was overcooked and hard my partner got the steak which was very chewy and the chips could break your teeth a shame really as the setting was gorgeous

Terrible service and food. Only people in the restaurant and we had to wait 40 min to take a drink order and that continued through the evening. The food was cold and the Manager was busy doing his paperwork and was a waste of space. Will never go again
