This morning we had a couple of visitors and none this afternoon. So after a good clean we decided to close up go home and spend time with our families. Hope you understand and have a amazing Christmas!!! Jess and all the madhouse team 😊

*** HELP ***** As you know we always collect for Wirral women and children’s aid and are trying to put together bags for children to open on Christmas Day using this service.
We can’t disclose too much information but they have quite a few 5 and under and teenagers. If anyone wants to donate a gift please drop at the madhouse or if you want to donate money so we can purchase specifically aimed at the kids inbox us!

We went to our nieces 3rd party today at the mad house. The staff were very friendly �. I ordered scrabbled eggs on toast for myself and it was one of the best scrabbled eggs I've tried. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even down to me being fussy about my cuppa tea, the lady made it how I wanted it. The children loved the play area and had so much fun � . I highly recommend this play area xxx

We had our twins 4th birthday party here just last Saturday and they loved it! The ladies are amazing, the food was great and Jess was really great with 20+ hyper 3-4 year olds! It’s so nice and spacious here, you don’t feel like you’re crammed in whilst sitting watching your children play or having a chat and a coffee. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a young children’s party or just for an hour to let their little ones burn off some energy!

We had our daughters 4th birthday party here today, it was great from start to finish.

Well organised and set up, lovely food and plenty to drink, everyone made to feel welcome and all had a brilliant time.

We had my daughters party here yesterday! It was brilliant, the staff were amazing and took care of everything! The children had a fabulous time and I would definitely recommend hiring again! Thanks guys ❤️

This lovely place is always so clean, Jess is the friendliest most welcoming person you could meet. My children really love playing in the Madhouse and I can sit and feel comfortable! Jess isn’t afraid to tell children off for breaking rules. I know in other places I don’t feel my youngest has been safe because the bigger children are running around & fighting, throwing soft play. No one ever seems to tell them, well Jess will ��. We also had our girls joint birthday party here, highly recommend! And Jess even held a charity day for our daughter on Christmas Eve with no profit!! Keep going Jess, we love it & we love you! Can’t wait to get back & visit!! Xxx

My son had his 4th birthday party at the Madhouse. He and his friends had a great time! So much so that some of his friends Mums have booked parties whilst they were there. Great value party package. Great to have exclusive use of the play centre and the lady who now owns/manages is just brilliant! So friendly and everything taken care of, you can just turn up and enjoy watching the kids have a great time. Would definitely recommend and good chance we’ll be back again next year!

My son had his 3rd birthday here we come quite regular but never had a party here, highly recommend it for little ones. We were looked after well and the hot food they had was brill and went down so well. Everyone seemed to have a great time and as I said staff looked after us, so friendly as usual thanks so much �

My little boy loves the madhouse! � full credit to all of the staff who are friendly to a fault and make you feel welcome, even remembering your name! I like the fact you can get a meal deal for £6.50 incl a hot drink and it's small enough for me to leave my almost 3 year old and enjoy my coffee in peace. Jess you are doing an amazing job keep it up. Xx

My husband and I were delighted with the service provided at The Madhouse for our son’s first birthday party. Everything that we wanted was sorted, all the kids had loads of fun and it was much more relaxing than I could have imagined with a room full of kids going wild. Highly recommended for parties!

Love this place! It’s the only place I can take my 21 month old and let her be free! So clean, good food and lovely staff! I recommend to everyone!

Just got back from my first time ever taking my young boys to a play centre by myself (big deal for me lol) loved it lovely staff, clean, the boys loved their nuggets (chicken breast ones not processed-big thumbs up) very tastey and the tea is spot on. Thanks we will be back soon xx

Just come home from my daughter’s 3rd birthday party at the Mad House. It was absolutely brilliant. The kids enjoyed themselves, food was great and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend it for a party and also as somewhere really great to pop in for a few hours to play as well.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for ages! I won a party at the mad house on Facebook. My son and his friends had a brilliant time. Food was fantastic and there was plenty of it. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. One member of the party has allergies and the staff were on the ball checking all the ingredients carefully making sure everything was safe for her. Would definitely recommend. Thanks so much xxx

I visited the madhouse yesterday with my partner and our 2 sons aged 3 & 5. We've visited in the past when it was under the old management however this was our first visit under the new management. The new manager was very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival, she offered my partner and I a cup of tea/coffee. Our sons had a great time in the play area which is a fantastic size for younger children or children who prefer smaller play frames as larger ones can be overwhelming. I like the idea that you can see exactly where your child is within the play frame from all angles as some larger play frames prevent you from doing so. The food we ordered was lovely, our 3 year old quoted "mmm this tastes good". Whole environment was very clean. Definitely a great play area, new manager is doing a brilliant job!

I love this little place :) we've been a few times but lately been taking my youngest son early of a morning. We were actually the first in there yesterday at 9am haha! It's a great place for children to enjoy playing and staff are very welcoming and professional :). I will keep visiting as its allowing my 15month old to explore things he wouldn't be able to at home xx
