Sunday brings us both the Man United and Man City matches live on the screens at the Navigation. To continue the party, there will be a disco afterwards. Happy days!

What better way to enjoy a Saturday night than to dress up and have a party? And what better excuse than Halloween? With bottles of fizz for the best male and female costumes, a disco and a Strongbow promotion come and enjoy Halloween with us!

Tonight's live match is Man Utd v Fenerbahce. Another good reason to enjoy a pint at the Navigation!

The Barcelona v Man City match kicks off shortly and it has all the ingredients of a classic! It will, of course, be showing on our screens.

Plenty of top class football being shown at the Navigation this week. Tonight's match between Liverpool and Man United could be a cracker and then we have Barcelona v Man City and Man United v Fenerbahce on Wednesday and Thursday. All these matches will be shown live along with many other matches and sporting events.

Well we surely can't let Halloween pass without a party. Just can't decide if we should have it on the Friday night or the Saturday night. Any thoughts people. All spooky ideas welcomed.

A great night upstairs in the function room. Great place for a party.

More news on the pub, the builders have started work on the kitchen and storage areas. The flat roof has been removed and is being replaced and the flooring, decoration and other work can then start. This is scheduled to take two weeks following which the appliances can be installed and food stock delivered. We will then be able to start our long-awaited food!
During this time the outside area will be periodically unavailable due to the building work.
Thank you to everyone for their patience, it will be worth it!

The Navigation Pub in the heart of Marple is now under new management. A welcoming village pub with a full range of drinks including four hand-pulled real ale. Mike and Dara look forward to welcoming you. You'll find us opposite the cinema on Stockport Road, next to Lock 13 of the canal. Children and dogs welcome. As new managers, we would be delighted and grateful if you could share this page with your friends.

we held our friends "surprise 50th" at the navigation on the 8th October... what can I say ; Mike and Dara were brilliant... very helpful & flexible when arranging the buffet ... food was amazing and plenty of :). Barstaff friendly and attentive.... highly recommend to everybody x

What can I say?! We had my husbands surprise 50th here last night and what an amazing place it is. We were all made so welcome and Mike and Dara were fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. The food was superb and so much of it. Thank you so much for helping to make Franks birthday so special xx

Quiz night good , nice warm atmosphere and great beer

Always call in after my walk great quality robinsons ales great decor bar staff very friendly great atmospear always call in from time to time.

Bar lady were really polite and nice and we got served almost instantly. A nice little local x

Decent enough pub, good beers offered but no chance of a second pint due to only one member of staff serving and queues at the bar, this was about 7pm on a Saturday night, I woul have to guess this is not the norm as it is a magnet for cinema and local restaurant goers , would go back again with no problem
