Their artisan vegan cheese that is made in house is INCREDIBLE. And I’m very fussy with vegan cheese. I had a cheese board for starter (herb, chilli and olive cheese), mushroom and basil ravioli in truffle sauce for main, and a raw mango and coconut cake for dessert. They also had vegan Parmesan (which they left on the table 😋) and their olive oil was such a rich, green colour 👌🏻ugh. What a find! Fabulous homemade pasta with a wide choice of sauces (meat, veggie and vegan). Recommend the ‘no label’ house wine and the chocolate ravioli with ice cream. Service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be returning.

Went last night , hadn't booked . The waiter got us a table after a 20 min wait had a quality Italian IPA while waiting and my dad had a well made negroni . Food was very good , and the wine also ,great value and very authentic dishes available. I can see me being a regular

The Pasta Factory was recommended by a friend who lives in manchester, best recommendation ever! I have never tasted food like it! The Ravioli di prosciutto di Praga con fonduta di taleggio e toma was absolutely Devine! And my husband had the Reginette al barbers con Ragu’ di cervo which was rich and so full of flavour! The pasta was perfectly made and cooked and the Bellini’s went down well too! The staff were warm, welcoming and knew there stuff. If we are ever back in Manchester we will definitely be back here! I’m off to try to make my own pasta now 😊

So on Tuesday myself and my son and two nieces travelled from Lancaster to Manchester to try out this new restaurant.



From walking in the door we felt like we were just in Italy. Everything about The Pasta Factory is authentic and the food was quite simply WOW!!



Everybody who loves pasta needs to visit this wonderful gem in Manchester. We will definitely be visiting the Pasta Factory on many occasions in the future.

Having lived in Rome and enjoy cooking and eating Italian food a very good friend recommended this place. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff are fun and informative. The food is imaginative and brilliant. One of the best meals I have ever had.

Found this place whilst looking for something in the area online. We love pasta so this seemed a perfect fit and it was absolutely incredible. Amazing, friendly service, down to describing the origins and other facts of all the food and wine we drank, and the pasta was just amazing. Reasonable prices for Manchester centre also. Will definitely be returning.

I'm vegan and this is currently my favourite eatery as I can bring my non-vegan friends and each of us is catered for superbly.



Took my mum for the first time on Sunday, for lunch, and she loved the ambience as well as the food, the best sign was how my Mom fell silent whilst she devoured her venison pasta, nothing was getting in the way of the superb food certainly not chit chat! . Must say all of our party felt the dishes were super tasty, fresh and filling and the fresh pasta here is absolutely divine.

Delicious food, very reasonably priced with an extensive menu and seems very authentic with lots of offerings available for vegans and veggies. Great service and a lovely atmosphere.

As an Italian that had lived in the UK for the best part of 13 years, I have always been sceptical of Italian restaurants and always complain they don't cook food like my nonna. However, Pasta Factory is nothing like that and the food is like the good delicious food you'd get in Italy. The vitello tonnato I had for starter was as good as any of the vitello tonnato dishes I have had on many Sunday dinners. The bucatini all'amatriciana are just as you would expect to eat in Rome and the fresh pasta was as good as the fresh pasta I used to eat on many holidays in Sicily. I am rambling on but this place is really THAT good and I might have to eat my way through the menu.

Amazing Italian food, amazing vegan food, the best you can wish for! The ravioli with mushrooms and the bucatini with pesto di zucchine are AMAZING. Highly recommended, the best Italian restaurant I've tried in the UK, way better than many Italian restaurants in Italy as well! Don't miss this marvelous experience!

Absolutely amazing food. Myself and my mum had lunch there today and it's the nicest pasta I've had. The guy serving was great, so friendly and explained what each thing was, very chatty and funny. I'd highly recommend The Pasta Factory :)

I went with a group of friends 2 were Italian and had recommended it, the staff were very helpful polite and friendly the bread and olive oil and antipasto were excellent I found my pasta too dry but the rest of our party chose great dishes

I would definitely go again the atmosphere was great and wine good had no room for desert unfortunately !!!

It was good but not as good as one expected.

Soon as i walked in there was an amazing smell coming from the kitchen and it felt like we were in italy.

I had the spinach spaghetti which were tasty but not over the top and they were over cooked.

The homemade bread tasted a bit old and stail.

Service was really good though.

I had high expectations of The Pasta Factory and I have to say the staff were very knowledgeable especially about the wine list. I was excited by so many vegetarian and vegan options on the menu which sounded delicious alas the flavours were lacking from the sauces. The homemade pasta was beautiful in texture and meals well presented. Flavour balance in the dessert was disappointing and the vegan cheese a let down too. Perhaps I hoped for too much. Sadly I and another in my party were served the wrong dish; with neither of us usually eating meat, discovering on the first bite that there was meat in the sauce and this wasn't what we ordered was quite upsetting. Staff were quick to rectify the mistake, very apologetic and did not charge for those 2 meals. The wine was lovely, staff friendly but I wouldn't rush back especially as there are other good places to eat in Manchester.

Would not recommend as 4 of us had a table booked for 7.30 last nite we was there 5 mins early but didn’t get seated til about 7.45pm nothing on the menu that is on the site mainly veg pasta was there about 15-20 mins if not like ne’er and no one came over to see if we was ok or wanted any drinks. We ended up walking out and going somewhere else no one even stopped us to see what was wrong.
