Wonderful Igloo experience with my Daughters,partners and grandchildren. Lovely food served by our gorgeous Czechoslavakian waitress....nothing was too much trouble for her, she really was a credit for the restaurant. (Sorry can't remember her name!!!). Excellent afternoon xx

Me and all my friends came here two weeks ago for my Birthday and I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough! Amazing service, great food and drinks! The staff were all so friendly the service was outstanding. We will defiantly be coming back again soon!! Thankyou for having us!

Loved the Refinery! Went for their all day breakfast which was wonderful, lovely friendly staff, prompt service, really great atmosphere. Decor very contemporary and industrial. Liked it so much we went back for food this evening. Place was packed, we had no reservation but they said they would fit us in, which they did! Again another wonderful meal - between us we had the Thai prawn curry, Thai chicken curry, salmon and burger. Every one of our meals was fabulous, waiting staff so friendly. Definitely a place to visit! A real gem in Manchester!

Love this place , the perfect place to start your night , really good service from the staff all well dressed and friendly ,great drinks at decent prices and the place looks lovely, love the music too , really fun and a break from the big standard stuff you hear everywhere else

I had my 40th birthday event there last night. We had the most lovely private area with carpets and sofas and it was great. The food was excellent and the package for the food and drinks was just right. Brilliant place to celebrate. Thanks everyone for making the night so good. The best compliment i could give is that if I could give 10 stars then I would.

Fantastic Rob our mixologist was briiliant so much so we wanted to make another cocktail! Plus we booked another session for April ! I have high expectations ana standards! The Refinery far exceeded my expectations from the email interactions , the greeting when we arrived , Rob and the cocktail making! The quality of the ingredients , surroundings , everything was exemplary no complaints from us this review will be posted on my Triipadvisor as we loved our evening! Thank you everyone at the Refinery especially Rob 👍👌🏻🍹🍸

Fab bottomless brunch here recently. Restaurant is clean and beautifully decorated with a great atmosphere. Service was super friendly and fast, food was delicious and really good value. Perfect place to catch up with friends. Thanks!

Food was brilliant although I ordered two cocktails and it took half an hour before they arrived and when I asked the waitress she didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. Overall lovely food and nice environment I think the sheepskins are a nice touch, but faster service it was the afternoon and it wasn’t busy at all.

Visited last Friday on a mini-Hen do for a work colleague. Could only stop for the meal which was disappointing. Ordered the salmon with a side serving of sweet potato fries. Waiter re-confirmed the side order twice. The salmon arrived, then a delay for the side order which didn't come at all. Waiter said the kitchen had made a mistake and were making some fresh sweet potato fries. Meanwhile my salmon was going cold so started to eat it slowly. Kept looking at the kitchen but could see no sign of activity. Finished my salmon, the side order never came. Needless to say I was starving once I had finished my meal and had to get some chips on the way to the station. Spoilt the evening.
