We now taking bookings for Christmas. £20 for two courses, Tues-Friday in December. We also have our original chef, Alex Edwards back from the 1st November.

Due to the Salford car boot tomorrow we won’t be serving our Sunday menu.
We will however be offering tasty homemade burgers and frankfurter hot dogs from the BBQ.
Starting from 12pm.

Luke Bayliss pop down tonight for a beer on us!! Happy 21st!! From all the team at The Salford Inn

sadly we left it until our final day of our holiday to pop in but ai glad we did. Friendly staff and locals (including dogs to meet and greet our puppy). Lush pub grub of the homemade variety and puddings to die for (treacle sponge and bread and butter pudding).

there was also a have a go at Aunt Sally the pub game... brilliant!

What a lovely pub. The food is excellent the Cheddar Soufflé is to die for.. Really good beer and lovely real fire.. Staff/ landlord very nice and friendly. Do the circular walk to the Knights Stones and then have lunch in the pub.. Fab....

We visited the pub for (what we thought was one night).. but after 16cm of snow and the M40 being shut... well we weren’t going anywhere.. the accommodation and hospitality was way beyond our expectations.. we were looked after and Sam and the team kept checking in on us providing us with supplies.. this is what money can’t buy and what makes this place well worth a visit.. thanks Sam and the team..

We had take away fish and chips for four last night and it was the best fish and chips we’ve ever had. Cheers.

We are presently here for our second night stay and loving it! Liam is an absolute star, very helpful and attentive as well as friendly.

Yesterday when we arrived we ate lunch there and also chatted to the chef who used to live where we came from, Sutton Coldfield. I had the mushroom risotto which was cooked perfectly and well flavoured. My husband had the steak and ale pie which had melt in the mouth chunks of beef, the pastry too was light and also melt in the mouth texture. All in all a lovely, tasty, well cooked and presented meal.

We would have like to have tried another one of their dishes but only here two days and wanted to sample other restaurants around the area whilst here.

I would definitely recommend to stay here and dine here.

Really recommend stopping for a drink and food. Friendly place 2mins outside Chipping Norton and perfect for a family get together over a meal and a few drinks

Walkers and dogs welcome, friendly staff and locals alike.

Old village pub that has been sensitively restored into a lovely inn. Friendly staff and good food. Ales were Tribute and Ruddles Best. A very nice place to stop on our circular walk from Chipping Norton and just off the A44 so handy for drivers on their way to/from the Cotswolds.

Never having been to England before, the Salford Inn was just as I had imagined an English Pub to be. Quaint, not too big and home to the local townspeople. I was not disappointed. I didn't have a chance to check out the accommodations offered at the Inn, but if they are half as good as the pub, staff, fun activities and the general atmosphere, then I don't think you'll go wrong. Thanks for welcoming us.

My husband surprised me with a birthday treat here! It was such a lovely find!!

The owner was very friendly and so were the staff. The 'steak & ale pie' I had for dinner, was the best I've had in a long time!

The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable.

We will be back!

Great location. Lovely cosy rooms. All the staff were really friendly & helpful, showing us good walks from the inn. Would definitely go back & would highly recommend.

Stayed just the one night and accommodation was clean modern and well presented.

The breakfast basket is a great idea.

Highly recommend if your ever in the Cotswolds.
