The Blood Tub is a fantastic place for food and a great place for real ale sat outside. Def worth a visit. I took my folks and had a great afternoon out.

Love this place, food is fantastic the triple cooked chips are the best I’ve had. Lovely pub in a gorgeous setting well worth a visit.

Just enjoyed a lovely meal at The Ship, food was fantastic, friendly staff & great atmosphere. Had met up with my parents who were passing through on their canal boat and The Ship had been mentioned in their boat guide, so glad we called in, gem of a pub. Highly recommend!

Friendly helpful staff. The place was really busy as it was Good Friday and they were still very attentive . Fantastic food great food and gin menu . Would recommend a visit .

Lovely food in a lovely setting . Reasonably priced and very nice staff. Dog friendly in the boat room .

I've been visiting for over 40 years and it's a cracking pub, great choice of beers and cosy inside. However I'm disappointed at the moment by the lack of benches in the beer garden, and the ones there in need of some care. Also the other year there were fabulous planters with colourful flowers this time just bare soil, very drab. Come on Ship you can do better.

Had a lovely day out with the wife, kids and our dog Evie. Lovely area and lovely food. Only problem was the size of the room that was dog friendly. I now know why they call it the boot room as it's tiny?
