Thank you to everyone at The Spa - we had a fabulous and relaxing day yesterday. The facilities are very good but what really made it for us was the staff - everyone we dealt with was helpful and lovely - special thanks go to Victoria for my wonderful facial, Stephanie and Leanna for great manicures and Cathryn in the lounge who was very welcoming and went out of her way to look after us. All in all a great experience and we will be back next year.

Just incredible! Booked a couples retreat for me and my lady. Massage and rasul mud therapy (which was great fun) .

And the hotel was just as amazing. Everything was taken care of and run very smooth.

I have been lucky enough to have visited the Spa several time now and it has never disappointed. This time I was my husband,he is not a regular spa goer but he thoroughly enjoyed and would visit again. ItŌĆÖs greatest asset is that it never feels over crowded. My only criticism is that the female changing room could be a bit bigger!

I had a relax and revive massage which eas amazing. The building itself is lovely and the staff were all very friendly. I'll definitely comr again

Hubby and I went here last year and loved it. Today I booked a relaxing spa day for my husband coming home after 6mths away. With the help of the friendly and helpful team everything I wanted was booked and they have gone above and beyond today to make him feel special. Can't thank the team enough for treating him so well as gareth said they have treated me like a king. Would highly recommend the staff and spa and of course if you organising anything special thank you Kat and the rest of the team you did me proud me today, thank you x

Haven't been but the staff who I emailed about things have been really lovely and helpful and will talk to Rebecca the manager on Saturday about some of the rude comments which is bit harsh on the reviews and can't help if they r short staff or busy with treatments or on the phone they r only doing there job

DonŌĆÖt know if it was unusually quiet when visited but lovely to only have a handful of fellow visitors as had the pool to ourselves.

Super massage - relax and revive was a fitting no description. Very relaxing and thoroughly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely fantastic Saturday spa day. Spa was fully booked but you'd have never known! Dry Float was an unusual but extremely relaxing experience & would definitely do again. Eggs Benedict breaky was lush & Afternoon Tea was delicious as we're the bubbles that accompanied it ­¤ś£Loved the lounge area for food & drinks, a fantastic addition to your spa which you don't find much elsewhere - very private & intermediate. Will 100% be back ŌŁÉ’ĖÅ

We had a lovely spa day/ treatment! We did have one issue of the cleaners chatting at 710am outside our room which woke us then couldnŌĆÖt sleep ’┐Į !

This was my 4th visit to the spa and once again a lovley day from beginning to end. Initially purchased a voucher for my mum and then joined her on a spa day. Receptionist Hannah was great at fitting us in at fairly short notice and was very professional ensuring our treatments where together which meant that one of the treatments was fairly late in the day but we were given a number of options to choose what suited us best which was great. Treatments where top quality as they always have been and food great too. The only point I would make is the i agree the pool outside could do with being slightly warmer and the treatment relaxation area too too is quite chilly. Nothing ever feels top much trouble at the spa with happy faces and helpful staff Thanks Hannah

Spa was lovely and staff very polite and friendly. We had a Couples massage that was tailored to our individual needs, couples suite was wonderful, heated massage beds with inhalation steam bowls underneath. Felt very relaxed and chilled afterwards. Spa facilities were good - lovely the chill out beds on the mezzanine level, however there are only four beds and Spa was quite busy, other guests seemed to think they could reserve this by leaving their stuff on them whilst they went to use other facilities. Lunch was nice, although very overpriced and not enough to fill you up. We had a Spanish meats sharing platter which in my opinion was adequate for one person not two. Other than that we could not fault the staff or the facilities and would definitely return.

Deliberately picked the day after valentines in the hope it would be quiet. Recommended to go by my hairdresser. Arrived around 9:40 and for the most part the spa only had a couple of people there! The arrival wasnŌĆÖt great as the front of house were struggling with a printer, however once shown around and changed the experience was great. I enjoyed the body polish and the dry flotation. Lunch was nice but my only criticism with the afternoon tea was that there was too much! I didnŌĆÖt have any cake as I was full! I think it would be nice if there were salads on the menu. I stayed until about 5pm. More people started turning up around 3:30pm but again not so many that you couldnŌĆÖt relax. The hydrotherapy pool was doused in sunlight all day which was a plus! Good facilities but the service at the front desk could be better.

The service was quite slow. The staff Stacey and Jack were nice friendly friendly and professional. The ambience in the lounge was lovely. Cost was what I would expect in a hotel of this calibre. I had spanish platter very nicely plated but not much to it. Certainly not as I'd expect. Partner had rocket and asparagus salad, lots and lots of rocket not much asparagus or parmassan, lemon meringue pie for afternoon tea.... again poor. Food could certainly be improved upon. The bathing area is really nice. Relaxing and quiet the decor is lovely and it's very clean. All facilities were working. Brown poor quality robes which smelt like they had been washed with oily dishcloths. I dont think the cost is reflective in the facilities at all. The jacuzzi was lukewarm. We had the rasoul mud treatment that was nice.

both of our treatments started late and finished on time so therefore were not full duration.

The lunch menu was very underwhelming and pricey

Treatment rooms cold

Brown gowns as mentioned before were horrible to look at and very scratchy

For ┬Ż200 each for a spa day and ┬Ż16 for coffees at lunch we expected much more

Overpriced for what it was, staff werenŌĆÖt very friendly as we left, nearly had to cancel our food as it took almost 35 minutes to come out as the chef was ŌĆśon his ownŌĆÖ. On arrival we were told that we couldnŌĆÖt order a drink as they staff were elsewhere. WouldnŌĆÖt go back.
