The Valley Description
Established for over 21 years, The Valley is a family-run, traditional pub and inn that prides itself on providing a great value, authentic Anglesey experience.
Located on the beautiful island of Anglesey, we are just off the A55 with Holyhead Port and Ferry Terminal less than 10 minutes by car. Valley Rail Station is just a 5-minute walk away. Much of Anglesey’s coastline is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers excellent walks and scenic beaches just a few minutes' drive from the hotel.
We offer 19 individually designed, cosy en-suite rooms for single, twin /double and family occupancy at competitive rates. Each room includes flat screen TVs, Freeview, tea and coffee facilities and staff written island guides.
The Valley's warm and friendly bar provides a cosy atmosphere with log fire for the winter months. It serves good value, high quality home cooked food complimented with local and national ales (make sure you try our own "Valley Ale"! ), premium lagers and a great selection of wines. In the summer months, guests can enjoy the sun in one of the largest beer gardens on the island - with kids playground.
We love the outdoors, so understand the needs of outdoor groups. From special offer packages to providing dedicated facilities to safe store bikes and all your outdoor gear. We're pet friendly too!
And, if you're looking for a place to "tie-the-knot", we cater for weddings and other special events with extensive facilities and outdoor space.

Coronavirus Update: The Valley Hotel is closed until further notice in line with Government guidelines Following Friday’s announcement, we closed our Bar & Restaurant. Our accommodation remained open for previous bookings. We have now closed the Hotel to all future bookings until Further notice. We will continue to monitor Government guidelines and such bookings may also require to be cancelled in the future and will therefore not attract any cancellation charges. For any ex...isting guests currently booked with us prior to 29th June our staff are in the process of contacting you to cancel your booking and invite you to reschedule your visit for later in the year. We wish to thank all of our customers and staff for their support through such difficult times and we look forward to welcoming the wider general public back to our hotel bar and restaurant as soon as we can and ask that in the meantime you please follow our Facebook & Instagram page and for updates on our re-opening. Until that time, please stay safe and please work with us in protecting and supporting our wider community. It breaks me to say that we will be closing our bar and restaurant this evening for the foreseeable future. We would like to thank our loyal customers who have supported us during this difficult time, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. We will be offering a new take away and delivery service, so you can still enjoy your pub favourites in the comfort of your own home. Also, as a BIG thank you to our hard-working NHS and emergency service staff during this time, there will be a special offer to help keep them fed and hydrated during their long shifts. We will still be operating as a hotel, with a choice of 19 clean and comfortable bedrooms with continental breakfast for our guests. Thank you Jon General Manager

Dear Valued Customer, Following the ongoing development of Covid-19 we would like to take a moment to assure you that the safety and well-being of our customers and staff is of utmost importance. We are constantly monitoring recommended guidelines and government advice and have decided that we are going to continue with our usual business hours whilst local incidents are still low but will be judging the progression of the situation day by day. Our decision will reflect deman...d and local opinion. We understand that bookings will be cancelled. We are however, asking kindly that you would choose to transfer your booking to a later date which will help the business continue going forward from this.
