It’s rhubarb season and our patch is doing really well! Come and visit us this weekend for some fresh sticks of rhubarb available at 5 for £1. We are open 11am to 3pm!😀

It’s National Gardening Week and to celebrate our team at The Walled Garden are growing some delicious lettuces!
They are also working very hard on creating their wonderful hanging baskets that will be on sale at a later date. Keep an eye out, you don’t want to miss out! 🌸😀

Munchkin the rabbit is now a proud mum of 3 gorgeous babies, which were born on the 8th April. Here she is with one of her babies that left the nest this morning. 🐇🐇

Our team from have been extremely busy recently helping 40 children make Bug Hotels last week at the South Ribble Pensioners Association. 36 Bug hotels were made on the day, so there will be lots of happy insects with new homes to visit! 🕷🐜

Our wonderful team members Joseph and James have been potting plants in preparation for our hanging baskets. We will keep you updated for when our hanging baskets will be on sale! 🌷🌻

We are holding an Easter egg hunt from Monday 15th to Friday 19th April. Find a coloured egg hidden around the garden and win a small prize! The activity is £1 per child to enter. We hope to see you all there!🐰🐣

Unfortunately our Bug Hotel Workshop is now fully booked!🦟 However, don’t worry, if you missed out on a space we will be holding a Bird Box Workshop in the May half term holidays- date to be confirmed.😀🐦

Our team have been very busy lately replanting our strawberry plants in to our new plot. Come and see what else the team have been up this week! 🍓🍓

Looking for something to keep the kids busy with over the school half term? We’ve teamed up with South Ribble Borough Council and will be holding a number of Children’s Bug Hotel Workshops!
The event will take place on Wednesday 10th April throughout the day at South Ribble Pensioners Association on Station Road in Bamber Bridge.🦟🕷

Happy spring! It’s that time of the year again, to get your garden ready for the lovely weather. Our team at The Walled Garden have started preparing their flower beds for some spring flowers!🌷🌹 Pop in to visit our team, we are open weekdays 9:30am to 3:30pm and weekends 11am to 3pm!

Anthony one of our amazing team members has been sieving compost ready for sowing seeds! We have been busy growing vegetables and ornamental flowers from seed.🌷🥕

Spring has arrived and it's time to cut back the herbaceous perennial that have decorated the garden with their seed heads. Dan is shown here cutting back Sedum spectabile, which will help maintain its shape! 🌷

Ian, one of our amazing team members, is making the most of this beautiful sunshine and cutting the grass at The Walled Garden. Pop in and see what we’re up to; we’re open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 3:30pm and weekends, 11am to 3pm. ☀️😃🌳

Our team have been making the most of the lovely weather that we’ve been having. Andrew, Alison and Robert spent this morning pruning the laurel hedge. 🌳 Pop in over the weekend to see what we've been up to; we're open 11am to 3pm! 😃
