We love this shop!!! We have visited twice when we have been on vacation in the UK from the USA. My is daughter absolutely obsessed this shop and it super cool vibe and can’t wait to go back. The owner/ manager at the Manchester Oldham Steeet location is amazing and friendly. We had visited two years prior to our most recent visit and she actually remembered us and a dress my daughter had purchased two years ago. That attention to detail and excellent customer service is extremely rare. And my daughter has the cutest outfits in Florida. We will be back!!!

Thunder egg are amazing. When I last purchased a dress from them I opted for store collection by accident �. I gave them a ring and they were so helpful, friendly and understanding. Postage is always super fast too. They are fantastic!! Highly recommend!

Had to exchange a dress, which can sometimes be a pain as I'm in Australia, but these guys have made the process so easy and they've emailed me along the way with updates on the return. AND the dress is adorable! Will definitely be buying more lovely dresses from Thunder Egg!

Really great customer service! I accidentally ordered my items to be collected from the store and didn't realise until they were already ready to collect. I sent a message over facebook to them on a Sunday evening, and they had replied and resolved the issue within about 10 minutes!! I've always been a fan of Thunder Egg, but this is my first time ordering from them, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Quick delivery, and products are delivered with a heart. I haven't been to a physical store, but from my experience online, I am very happy. <3

Ordered the grey velvet constellation dress online and received it the next day! Beautiful dress and amazing + quick service. Thank you! ��

I tried to buy the dinosaur dress by Run&Fly but the phone site had a bug that wouldn't allow me to specify my delivery to home. Lisa was absolutely amazing and responded to me super fast and posted the dress out to me! It fits and I absolutely love it (definitely a summer dress though as there's no lining!) customer service was amazing! Thank you!!!

I can't rate Thunder Egg highly enough. I was looking to buy a Run and Fly dress but was unsure of sizes. I asked online and Kate from Thunder Egg went out of her way to send me the measurements and to help me make a decision on what size to go for. In the end I decided to order 2 with a view to returning one of them but when I went to order online only one of the sizes was showing as available. Kate sourced me the size I was looking for from another store and only added it to the website when she knew I was ready to order. The dresses arrived today and are gorgeous! Customer service was fantastic and I'll definitely be ordering more from Thunder Egg. 💜

Great shop every time we in town my 13 year old has to go in and usually walks out with a bargain it's very quirky and different and you don't feel pressurised into buying you can just browse at your leisure very facinating shop x

A trip to Manchester is not complete without visiting this boutique! Thunder Egg is a wonderful shop which sells really unique and quirky things which I struggle to find anywhere else. The staff are always friendly and will assist you with anything even when the store is busy.

I received the Nevermore brooch and I absolutely love it particularly now that it's sold out direct from Erstwilder and Glitterally. I was up at 6am Tuesday to buy as soon as it went live, but it took 4 days to arrive despite the £4.95 First class post shipping fee. I phoned yesterday to check my order and staff were helpful and said there is an issue with post collections at the moment.

The customer service from the lady on today is disgraceful . She simply has no manners and etiquette or customer service skills ! You don’t like your job don’t do it ! Spending my money else where ! Wasn’t shocked when I read other reviewers about the staffs unkindness !! You deserve this bad review whole heartedly !
