I'll keep it short and sweet. I'm a fully qualified and independent self employed Mortgage Adviser working with Chesterton Grant Mortgages Ltd.

I'm a whole of market Mortgage Adviser, which means instead of using one bank I search the whole of the market with a variety of different lenders to compare all the possible deals to find the best deal for you.

And best of all, I don't charge any fees, like everyone else I get paid commission by lenders, but I just choose not to charge application fees and / or broker fees on top.

I hold the industry standard Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) which meets the standards required by the Financial Conduct Authority to practice as a 'licensed' adviser – 80% of UK advisers hold this qualification.
