Very helpful and pleasant staff especially in the changing rooms.

So after a terrible time in the food court me and my 3 yr d daughter have trapsed round a load of shops....we clambered into topshop...i was juggling coats...bags...sweets...drinks about 8 dresses and had a screaming child in tow... a member of staff comes over and says to me you look like you could do with a hand...she takes the dresses and my bags....takes us in a lift and into the personal shopping area...they hand ella a cookie and some chocolates hand me a bottle of water and leave us to it...etching me dresses and different sizes.. we are now off back to the car...with two dresses and a happy sugar high kid ����just to thank all the girls at trafford centre topshop for making my day ����

Had such a good experience with the personal shopping service today, despite a few unavoidable hiccups (our personal shopper was off sick, then only 1 of 2 of our details had come through to the shop- technical error) assistant Becky stepped in and was amazing -she should be promoted!! Becky was friendly, made us feel comfortable, beyond helpful, and all with zero pushiness! We had such a fun few hours!! Thankyou topshop and especially Becky!! We walked away with 2 new wardrobes!! We will be back!! X

Fabulous experience personal shopping with my daughter for a 21st birthday outfit - Sarah was so nice and found laura a beautiful outfit that she wouldn't necessarily have picked off the rail herself. Will definitely be using this service again

Great experience! We were well looked after by the delightful, very experienced personal shopper, bought lots of the suggested outfits, would do this again.

Had the worst experience in topshop Manchester Arndale a few minutes ago! Returned some joggers and a pair of jeans that I didn’t get to try in store and the most rude manager i have ever met called Ralph refused to take a pair of ill fitting jeans I didn’t get to try on at the time as the tag had come off. I do not go around wearing clothes and returning them. He then proceeded to tell me he felt a film residue on the jeans! And wouldn’t tell me what that meant or suggested. I spend or spent a lot of money on topshop but never again!
