What an amazing service. I asked Katie Mankel to put a wedding package together for us and our guests and she managed this absolutely perfect. She was always on the end of the phone when any of us needed her. Even managed private transfers to and from the airport for the bride and groom which was a nice little surprise after a long day of traveling. No job is too big or small for Katie , she is kind , thoughtful and extremely professional. She has excellent standards and customer service skills I wouldn’t use anyone else again. Thank you so much for making our wedding perfect and a little less stressful! �

What a great service! I asked Suzanne Tappin to put together a package for our family as we were going to Italy for my cousin's wedding. I simply gave her the link to my cousin's wedding website and told her the dates we wanted to be there from and too. Suzanne put together a few options for us to consider and after asking for a few changes we had a perfect holiday planned. Then my brother jumped in on the action with his family - this was not a problem either and Suzanne dealt with everything! We had a fabulous time and everything came together easily. We've just returned from a holiday in Oman booked through Katherine Childs at Travel Counsellors and we were all incredibly impressed with their professionalism, the package they put together, and also the price they were able to negotiate! A few things as examples - we were told by other well known travel companies that there were no return flights on the days we wanted to come back, and yet Travel Counsellors were somehow able to do this. We also wanted interconnecting rooms at the hotel we were staying in which - due to the late booking - we were again told by others that this wouldn't be available, and again TC were able to do this. The level of service was fantastic - to the point of checking us in to flights too - very impressed and will certainly do this again. Thankyou Katherine!

We have used Jenny (Tilbury, Essex) for over 8 years and have always had excellent service. Not only is Jenny good at her job, she's a lovely person, too! My dad booked for me and my partner for florida in 2017 for my 21st in June and used Jayne Gardner. Who is a travel counsellor in cheshunt. She was so organised and paid attention to every detail of the holiday to make sure we had the best time the hotel she booked us in to was atonishing she made sure we got everything included in our price such as park tickets swiming with dolphins and trave all covered she took her time with everything and done a brilliant job. If we had any problems she would sort it straight away. she would go out of her way to help any customer would defiantly recommend using jayne very very professional and does a fantastic job.

We booked our tour with Anne Strachan, we told her roughly what we wanted and she put together a fabulous trip. Every location was superb as were the hotels, tours and transport.

We encountered lots of wildlife, the guides were amazing, so knowledgeable and so friendly.

The tour company in Costa Rica phoned us twice whilst we were on holiday to ensure that everything was in order and throughout our trip we were given local numbers to ring if a problem was to occur.

Booked NYC with Helen Wilson for a surprise Christmas present for my partner. I was on a tight budget, but dreamed of going to NYC, not only did she find me an amazing deal, but she took into consideration that I was travelling by myself and it was my first time to America, so she went the extra mile about giving information about Visas, finding me a hotel that not only had a great location etc, but felt safe as a single woman travelling. She regularly checked in with me and I can't say thank you enough.
