Please note that with immediate effect from May 2019, a cancellation policy will be in place for all bookings with Trina Bailey Therapies. As a small business, cancellations and missed appointments can place a huge strain on the viability of the business and therefore, if I cannot fill your appointment slot; cancellations given with less than 72hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price. Cancellations given with less than 24hrs notice will incur the full treatment price. *I will consult my waiting list and advertise the available slot, however if the appointment can not be filled, payment will be charged to you.
