Another common issue with bmw n42/46 engine timing chain

Audi a8, water pump leaking, cranckshaft seal leaking oil badly, and on top of that someone before fitted cambelt incorrectly causing bad engine synchronization and poor performance

Another common issue with bmw n47 engine. Timing chain snapped... job would be much easier if that chain would be on the front of the engine like other vehicles have. This engine was designed with timing chain on the back between gearbox and engine block, that means need to pull the engine out and replace the chain kit as we did. Replaced damaged engine parts, fitted modified chain, engine runs sweet as new

Another audi came with oil pressure warning light on... straight away suspected oil pump shaft failure, dropped sump down.... found somebody already had this problem before, welded new pin to balancing shaft and that shaft broke off due overheated metal structure! Engine did not suffered any other internal damage. Replaced balancing shaft and pin car ready to go

Vw group 2.0 tdi famous mistake on oil pump balancing shaft premature wear. On this car during maintenance we found that this shaft just started to wear out, brand new shaft from dealership cost only £5, way cheaper than replace whole engine!

Never seen this before, 2008 mercedes c class, rear suspension arm rustied off the rear subframe!!! We had to completely remove whole subframe and replace all the arms on the another one
