Today the I.T guys are here reconfiguring all the routers so that the newly installed fibre optic WiFi gets to every apartment and works efficiently, so whether your watching a movie or dialling in to work remotely you should have the capacity you need

Today Paul is having BT infinity for guests installed, It should provide a much faster connection and of course is completely complimentary.

Paul has been slowly putting together a new block of Apartments on the Promenade a few hundred yards away, were not quite ready to open them and they are a completely separate business to Twelve but we can see no harm in giving you a sneak peak. This is a 2 bedroom duplex with sea views and Parking. Coming soon

New sofa throws and cushions going into what was a very dated studio apartment number 2 it took much longer than we thought to be able to do this due to water damage in another flat the previous year but now it’s coming to an end and once complete we hope you will like it

Paul’s just put the tree up, next he’ll be baking minced pies and playing Christmas tunes 🙄 now where’s the mulled wine 🍷

As the season comes to an end in a weeks time firstly I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has stayed this year, secondly we have the last twelve months: Painted the exterior completely Renewed all signage and branding Replaced several beds Refurbished Apartment 7 completely ... Replaced all towels and bedding Renewed some of the Televisions Renewed the website

We've been here before and still as welcoming and comfortable

We stayed here last year and it was fantastic! The apartment was beautiful and the owners were attentive & lovely people. I would highly recommend staying here. The location is lovely. I will definitely be going back!

The apartments are modern and in a great location just yards from the sea front. We stayed in an apartment at the rear of the building which was HUGE! The apartment also had a little courtyard which was lovely when the sun was out.

Stayed last weekend and can't praise it enough. The apartment was fantastic, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. As everyone says, Paul is terrific, helps with luggage and makes sure everything is perfect for you. I can't recommend it enough.

Me and my family stayed Friday 27th to Sunday 29th there was six of us and we had three rooms between us. Our rooms were spotless we could not fault them at all. Paul is an absolute gent who was always happy to have a chat. He even went as far as buying us a bottle of prosecco and putting a pint of milk and a bag of chocolates in our fridge. The lady cleaner who works there (I didn't catch her name) was also nice and friendly.



The building was also nice, clean and quiet I don't think that it is a hen/ stag place with it being a bit out of the way. Plus it is pet friendly which is good.



My mum, dad and younger sister have now been to stay here twice and I'm sure that I will be back soon myself. Definate 10/10.

Just came home , after an amazing stay,Paul is a lovely host ,the apartment was spotless,lovely welcome cakes and milk for us , will definitely go again, close enough to everything yet far enough away from all the noise, absolutely brilliant :-)))

Waiting to help us with our luggage on arrival, the apartment was fantastic. We had the large ground floor apartment and it was fab. Really clean, modern and had everything we needed. Towels, bed linen, iron, microwave could go on and on. We will definitely be returning there next time we go to Blackpool. Paul was not just the owner, feel like we've made a friend for life. 100% spot on! Thanks so much Paul for a great weekend xx ���

Had a lovely 4nights stay. Family of nine and we stayed in apartment 2 and 5. Apartments are very clean and modern, comfortable bed and sofa bed. They have everything you need and the location is ideal, as its only 20min walk to the tower. Paul is very welcoming and encouraged us to contact him if we needed anything. Fantastic price for the school holidays, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Apartment was very modern, spacious and bright. Spotlessly clean with soft fluffy towels. By far the best family accommodation we've ever stayed in whilst in Blackpool. Now we have found Twelve apartments we would not go anywhere else and definitely recommend to all.
