Liverpool Day Trip - During The Giant Puppets Spectacular Visit 5th, 6th & 7th October Adult £16.50 - Children £11.50 This is the third and final time the Giants will be in Liverpool, having been here before in 2012 & 2014. You can find the routes that the Giants will be taking on the Liverpool Echo's website this will allow you to plan your time wisely. This is also a great opportunity to enjoy all that Liverpool has to offer, the Albert Dock, Cathedrals and fantastic shopping venues.

Tracy has this morning passed her Module 4 Practical Demonstration test at Atherton Test Centre with a whopping 100% score!! 😦
Tracy has already learned all her new routes and will be driving one of our BWFC services to the University of Bolton Stadium tomorrow afternoon so please say hello if you see her out and about!

Vicky has passed her Module 4 Practical Demonstration test at Atherton test centre this morning and is now officially a fully qualified PCV Driver! 👏🎉
Vicky has now been allocated her own school routes and been shown around her new bus ready for entering active service very shortly. As you’ll see from the short video clip in the comments below, Vicky has already taken to it like a duck to water. 🦆😀

We’re incredibly proud to mark another huge milestone for Tyrers Coaches today as we introduce our first ever graduate of the Tyrers Driver Academy!
Here is a very chuffed Wayne with his Module 4 Test Pass Certificate having scored an incredible 100% on his test this morning at Atherton test centre!!
Wayne has spent the last few days learning his new routes and today has been handed over to the Operations Team as a fully fledged PCV Driver.
... Wayne has come on leaps and bounds in the short time he has been with us and his aptitude for the job has shone through in gaining a first time pass on his driving test and his impressive Module 4 score today. To top it all off, has completed the programme just over 6 weeks into an 8 week course!
Well done Wayne on all your hard work and dedication to get to this point - you’ve set the bar very high for all those wanting to follow in your footsteps 😄

What an absolutely amazing week we’ve had!!!!!
We’ve got more coaches, more Drivers, and more School contracts than we’ve ever had in our 44 year history.
We would just like to thank all the drivers for being brilliant, being accommodating, helping out when things have changed at the last minute, cleaning the new vehicles ready for service and just being all round fantastic!!!
... The office staff for spending the summer planning everything to the last inch!! And then Planning some more....... brilliant!!
And the mechanics for taking it to the next level when 30 more vehicles arrived in the fleet In the last 6 weeks!!!! It’s been difficult but they’ve pulled it off. You’re all stars.
And finally Dave our yard guy at Chorley. He’s 76 and fitter than a 30 year old. He’s been pulled from pillar to post. He’s the go to guy when something needs doing and he must walk about 10 miles a day around our yard.
We are very proud to say you work for us.

Just the Module 4 test to sit next week then Vicky will become a fully fledged Tyrers School Bus Driver carrying just some of the 6000+ students we take to and from school every week day.

We’ve used Tyrers a few times and have always had fabulous service! The staff were very friendly and the coaches were very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend!

We used Tyrers to transport guests between our wedding ceremony and reception venues and we were very happy with the service provided. The bus arrived on time, was clean and well maintained, the driver was courteous and professional, and the company had included some special requests that we asked for. Would happily recommend to others.

We are very pleased with Tyrers coaches and cannot praise Lee and Mick enough for making our school trip to Germany fantastic. Many thanks and we are looking forward to working with you in the future again.

Drivers are always very friendly and welcoming to the children. The coaches are immaculate Inside and out, you can tell this company take a lot of pride in their work. I was delighted to hear they were awarded “coach of the year” just last week. Thoroughly deserved!

Recently took my Year 5 class on an overnight trip to London then Harry Potter Studios. Our coach driver was Lee and he was honestly, the most efficient wonderful coach driver we’ve ever had!! He knew the journey very well, even in the centre of London, his driving was smooth yet efficient (no one was sick!!) His communication throughout was spot on and nothing was too much trouble. He was amazing with the children and even took a diversion past a few London landmarks, just for the children! Thanks so much for all you did, our trip ran smoothly with your help. Same again next year? ��

It was a nice surprise to see my dad (Bernard Alcroft) had booked on the same trip, I had no idea he was going with my nephew we spent full day with them.

I would just like to inform you of how thankful we are to Dave and Roy who drove us all the way to Spain and back again. They were professional, great with the kids and attentive to our needs and wants. They were both down to earth and all of us enjoyed their company. I hope you can pass on our message of thanks to them. No ask was too big of them and they are a credit to your company.

Have used Tyrers Coaches on many occasions for our School, including a whole School trip to Alton Towers for over 600 pupils. This was co-ordinated exceptionally by Richard and took a lot of the stress out of the start of the day. From top to bottom I have always found the company to be helpful, professional and friendly and we will continue to use them in the future!

Lee and Dave were amazing, honestly the best coach drivers I have ever had the pleasure of traveling with. 20+hrs to the south of France with 36 teenagers is no easy task but they were humorous and and professional throughout. Will definitely be requesting them and Tyrers again in the future, all of the team were really nice but they deserve special mention.
