Ulverston Mind mental health services in South Cumbria supports people, raises awareness and works with communities and partners to achieve better mental health and wellbeing.

Based in Ulverston, South Cumbria we provide a range of mental health and well being services across the district supporting people individually or in groups - from answering one-off requests for advice and information to offering longer term specialist services such as person centred counselling, perinatal advice and support groups, events and programmed therapeutic activities and informal advocacy.
